To enter this area you must have 300 TSP either combined as a crew or by yourself. You will not be able to enter or sail the Grand Line on any ship smaller than an Average Ship. Keep in mind that a Log Pose is required to return to the Blues as well as travel through the Grand Line. If you choose to return to the Blues, any time you spent in a row of the Grand Line will be reset, unless you have the Navigator perk or are traveling with an individual with the Navigator perk.
