Alexis is a member of a program designed to monitor those who have a history of causing Trouble with their magic. They have an ankle bracelet that sends an alert to the local police department should they leave the city of ashdown and have a dusk curfew unless at program-approved work.

Ashton has ancestors with magical talent who went into government or police work -- he has, thus far, hidden his were and Visitor abilities from his family semi-successfully, and those that do know have been successfully pressured and/or manipulated into either saying nothing about them or saying they're mild enough to serve no purpose in any other field than medicine. There are occasional rumors he incorporates magitech into his taxidermy, although these are untrue.

Alexis legally lives with Nasir and works at Darlene's.

Those who frequent and work at Darlene's will find that they have an additional boss.

Borr has a husband. His name is Killian and he works as a professor at the college for his 'real' job while Borr runs the bar. He has been in Ashdown as long as Borr has and anyone who doesn't remember pre-event would not find anything odd or new about him. He, Borr and Darlene were all in a relationship together for YEARS even though legally only Borr was her husband.

All pictures and memorabilia that previously had Borr and Darlene in it, now include Killian as well. The bar is not magic (besides the TVs XD), they are not magic, and they still have dogs.

Darlene is still dead, she just now has left 2 sad husbandos behind.

Equinox Teas is now a proper teahouse, known in town for having magic users among its regular customer base - and as such, current attitudes around magic directly impact its business. Much to Eve's initial confusion, it also has a new location in a building that shares a common entryway with Bibliophile.

Visitors associated with Ashdown's police department will find no record or other evidence of Leila Townhome ever having worked there.

Eve Fitzpatrick has lived in Ashdown for at least 15 years, and the fact she suddenly knows sign language and uses it in conversation with some of her customers has renewed rumors among non-visitors of her being a particularly powerful witch. It doesn't help that in recent months she's become impossible to reach during the full moon.
