Poni Plains is a large area containing a wide variety of biomes, such as grassy flatlands, as well as a cliffside area, and trees that attract many bird pokemon. Only strong trainers dare traverse the area, since the pains are packed with a large amount of strong wild pokemon and trainers alike. The plains serve as a gateway of sorts, leading to the northern part of Poni island where the Poni Gauntlet and Battle Tree are located, and the plains are also the only way to access a path connecting to Poni Meadow. Trainers are advised to watch for shadows of bird pokemon hovering overhead, shadows of large pokemon in the grassy patches, and for dirt being kicked up by pokemon digging around the cliffside area.

Terrence didn't really pay much attention to the area since he was more focused on getting to the next egg location. He hadn't realized how far he had to travel to get here, and to be honest he was actually kind of tired. More so than he thought. He made sure to walk a bit more slowly, taking a sip of water here and there. He asked some of his pokemon if they wanted water as well, but the rejected it. He would make sure they stopped for water and food on the next island for sure. For now he headed towards the last egg location on this island.
