TRANQUIL TEA WITCH
An herbalist who derives much of her spirituality from working through her craft, Eve tends to be down-to-earth in both the classical sense and a more literal sense. She can be a calming, placid presence to those who know her well enough or have a good first impression of her, and doesn't prefer talking much because she thinks sharing spaces, meals, activities and so on are often a better way to get to know someone than conversation alone (also, she's simply more of a listener than a speaker most of the time). These same tendencies, however, can make her a bit offputting or cold-seeming to those who don't hit it off with her right away.
GOOD OMENS
Perhaps the Other forces are aware of Eve’s witchcraft after all, for she has been gifted with an affinity for corvids. There always seems to be one to three crows or ravens within a quarter mile radius of wherever she currently is, and they may give her the same communications and protections as they would a flockmate, as well as occasional tiny trinkets.
CAPITALISM RUINS EVERYTHING
Eve is the owner and sole employee of Equinox Teas & Remedies, not that you've likely heard of it. Running a proper brick-and-mortar business can be tricky in the era of being able to order anything on Amazon and have it delivered to your door. She’s been at it for half a year or so, and during that time has endured all the growing pains of starting up with barely any feedback whatsoever encouraging her to continue. While she went into it knowing that it would take a good year or three to start bringing in a profit, no amount of preparation could shield her from the discouraging reality of her current situation. The shop is struggling, she doesn't know what more she can do to make it better, and sometimes she sort of just wants to give it up.
