Hi, I just found the webiste www.tickercentral.com (the link is below) On the site I created the tickers below. I thought t he wieght loss one was totally cool and might be helpful to help me get motivated. Ok it's a bit overwhelming to see how far I need to go, but hey that's why I am here right? And really my impending B-Day is way more scary. So anyway I thought I'd share the info with my fellow losers. Let me know what you think.
