Setting: Mid Morning in the Plains.

This is a rp for everyone who got a Dalmatian from the Disney Event.

 

[Zakiax]

Squished that is what she felt. Felt? She felt something? The notion seemed very weird. One moment she was nothing then bam, she was something. Wiggling in the pile of bodies she opened her eyes to the morning's sun. It was bright and nearly made her shut them right away, but what she saw made them stay open. A vast land farther then the eye can see. This place was wonderful.

Her nose twitched as she took in the scents of those around her. Mainly the pile she was being squished between. Moving her head the best that she could she was able to see that she was squished between several other cubs like her. It was very odd, knowing most after being nothing, such a weird sensation she wondered if she would be able to shake it. A name came to her and she knew it was her own. Two-Tone.


Two-Tone wiggled free of the pile and fell upon the soft grasses of the plains in which they had awoken from. "Hmm" she muttered finding her voice breaking the silence around her. Oh this was nice she could make noises with her mouth. She moved it in odd positions creating several different noises with it until she found the words and spoke.

"Hello?" she inquired, her brown orbs glancing back at the pile she had emerged from. Many more like her were there and hopefully they were also awake like she had been. It would be nice not to awake by herself, especially since there was a full world out there to explore.

[Cheyriddle4]

Lightness and warmth come from either side of him. Unsure what this means considering the previous ways he was in anyway. Opening brown eyes he looks around. Black, white, spots, land.. how does he know these words? That is when he felt the annoying itch.

Letting out a bark his leg instinctively comes up and starts to scratch behind his ear. With every scratch a small jolt of relieve from the sensation comes to him. Fidget.. why did that word come to him. Was he called that? He isn't sure but it sounds right. When the itching is gone for the time he looks around. Body moving slightly. Not able to keep still.  

[~Twilight...Angel~]

The sun on her fur felt so nice. It was warm... And the light on her eyelids was an interesting sensation. Slowly the little spotted ball of fur opened her eyes. It was a strange thing indeed. The first thing she had known was the warmth of the sun, the second was the bright sun against her eyelids, the third was simply how bright the world was. Blinking a few times everything finally came into focus. Looking around she thought it was strange. There was a sea of black and white. She vaguely wondered if it was all part of her, but as she slowly stood up, she noticed there were a lot of others there. All of them the same, but different. As these thoughts came into her head, so did another. "Pepper?" She tilted her head a bit. Her name. She nodded her head and knew this to be true.

Suddenly she heard some other noises and started. Hopping around she saw another walking around like here! This was a good thing indeed! Slowly she made her way toward the other and made a small noise in her throat to get the others attention. Something that could be considered close to a dogs bark. Hopping a bit more, she came closer still. The other had to notice her at some point!

[Light Atago]

Uuugh, what a pain! There was a bright light to which his eyes had not yet adjusted, even though he had them shut tight. The cub spluttered and coughed a few times before drawing his first breath as an awakened B’alam. He squinted his eyes opened as he fully woke up, flexing his legs and claws to grow used to the body he was in. He did not give much thought, at least at the moment, to why he was where he was, and how he knew what he did. Instead, he realized where he was- at the top of a pile of black and mostly white B’alam. It seemed as though a couple others had come to their senses before him, though.



He stood as quickly as he could and leapt clumsily off the pile, where he had been near the top. How lucky was that? And, for a first jump, he landed on his paws. That was it, then, he supposed he was lucky, and that he ought to be named as such!



One of the others who had already awoken had spoken to them. “Mmm, hello,” Lucky said, looking to the others. “Does anyone know what just happened? I can’t seem to remember...” He wondered if he even could, was it even possible to remember further back than just now?

Darkness, then Redness, then Whiteness, the cub grunted as he awoke, was it waking? he supposed that was what it was called, he seemed to know things, except anything before the moment of awareness, of himself. Things were pressing into his body, other bodies, a foot, yes, a foot, caught him in the jaw as the pile of bodies around him moved and awoke to themselves too. He growled and threw the body on top of him off, getting to his feet and moving away from the pile of black and white spotted creatures like himself, he stood off to one side, glaring, trying to identify the one that had kicked him in the face but he couldn't tell, the bright light and warmth around him, confusing him for a time. "Wha..What is all this? who are you all?" he asked of the others like himself, he felt he should know them but why? He didn't even know himself yet.

All at once he suddenly began to think, to feel, and to hear. It was a strange feeling but one of absolute awareness in a sense. Everything was alarmingly acute. He knew were his legs were, and out of sheer marvel wiggled them in astonishment.

He was... A, a being. He was alive, the feeling was truly not like any other.

Prying open his eyes he saw a flurry of white and black spots. His face was resting on top of one of the other's bodies and he noted that his paws were wrapped around of one the other cubs that he was using as a pillow. Hmm. Latch. Latching on. Was that what it was called? What he was doing? The name word seemed nice to him. He decided in that moment that was what he would call himself, Latch.

Lifting his head Latch tried to force himself to stand up. "Woah." He commented while getting control of his balance. "Hello, who are you?" He addressed everyone who was already awake as a whole.  

[Kyrieko]

It was so strange. Like a void he was suddenly sucked out of. There was no way to truly explain it. And why did he know such things? Awareness. Feet. He had feet! And they twitched. So did his ears. And his nose. Which was being tickled by something soft.

He sneezed. And suddenly he was wide awake. Eyes blinking rapidly as he pulled his head out from under another warm fuzzy something. There were noises. And things that looked like him!

Whizzer. That word felt right. It... it was him! His... name.

Looking around with what his mind foggily informed him was 'curiosity', Whizzer took in everything. The plains. Grass. Other cubs moving...

"HI GUYS!" He suddenly shouted. His own voice startled him and it was clear he hadn't understood the concept of volume control. But there was a new feeling taking over as he stumbled, tripped, and made his way to inch across the soft grass. It was excitement.

With warmth came the pressure of bodies, and rather than take a moment to take it all in, the little cub squeaked and squealed and wiggled her way out from the bottom of the pile, bouncing from one awake creature to the next with a smile firmly on her face and a giggle escaping her every few seconds. She loved the sounds, the SOUNDS! However, in her exuberance to greet everyone in her own way, she found her foot caught in a small divet in the ground and she flipped forward, landing on her back and staring up into the eyes of Two-Tone. And she was HUGE! Well maybe not, but Cadpig definitely felt she was runtish. Wait, Cadpig! That would explain why this felt like her name. Yes, she was the tiniest one! Drat, this was displeasing, and the envy immediately became visible in her features. "I'm too little."  

[Cheyriddle4]

Sounds as other wake up from there slumber are made. He glaces up and looks around. Many bodies wiggling as they feel for the world they are in. Just as he did moments before. Getting up he walks around.Stops in front of the one that has a prim attitude. Thinking he nods." I would guess that there is water around.. " Come to think of it.. He is thirsty too.

"Lets go find water.. I'm Fidget.. You?" He looks around and starts walking in one direction. A mission put forth in front of him. Find the water. He looks back to see if the other is following him.

It was not long after she woke that several others from the pile had woken up as well. Good, at least she would not be alone in this world. All of them where white with some sort of spots, this included her. However her spots were only located on one side of her body while the rest seemed to be scattered.

"Hello" She spoke to the first that had barked at her. It was an odd sound that came from the other's maw, she wondered if she could do the same, but did not try. Her eyes glanced towards the second who had tried speaking.

"No clue, but we are here so we should make the most of it." she replied to his question about remembering what had just happened. It was quite the valid question but she did not have the answer to that.

To the third who had spoke asking what this all was and who were they. The another seemed to ask the same question, asking who they all were. She answered to them this. "Well I'm not sure what all of this is, but I am Two-Tone." she would introduce the other she had spoke to but she did not know what their names were as of yet.

More and more began to wake and find their voices as well as figure out the world around them. For some reason Two-Tone found it quite amusing to watch as the rest of them slowly woke at their own pace and began to stumble around. Being the first to wake of the group she had gotten her bearings down quite quickly. Although she did not know the answers to the questions everyone posed she was determined to find out what exactly made them all wake together in this very spot. Were they suppose to be a family? If so they were very small in this world. Did they have parents?

When another inquired about water, she did not know where some was. If they were all to survive they would have to work together and it seemed water might be the very first thing that they would have to come across to do so. The thought of water did make her mouth dry and she herself wanted some too.

"We should stick together!" Two-Toned called out to the two who started to leave. What if there were dangers out there in these grasses, ones that could eat them all for lunch. No she would protect them, well the best that she could anyways. The thought of lunch was making her hungry as well. Water first then food. They were alone in this world, but together so they should stick together.

She turned to the ones who she had spoken to first. "Come on lets go find water, then after that food. It will be an adventure!" She raised her voice a bit sounding quite excited about it all. It seemed she was beginning to take charge of everything. Even though she was a Natill, she felt like she might have been given the wrong spirit. Maybe she should have been born ad a Tahtill instead. These words though, she did not know where they had come from, but she knew them well.

He shook his head again as more spotted bodies emerged and wandered around. "I'm ..I'm...." he paused, who was he? The others seemed to know who they were, or some of them anyway, that had already introduced themselves. Shaking his head again, this time harder, moving to a fully body shake "I'm...Lenny" yes that felt right, how did he know that? No one had ever called him by name, this was all very strange, "Yes, Lenny and my stomach hurts" He was hungry but he didn't really know the feeling truly yet, it was a vague weird feeling but he didn't like it... not one bit.

Well sticking together is one thing but where are we and where are we going, he wondered, not out loud .. not yet. It wasn't that he was ignoring the other spotted creatures like him, but he seemed to only be able to focus at one thing at a time, despite the multitude of thoughts racing through his brain, he would appear to be a very particular creature, doing one thing at a time instead of getting all flustered trying to do everything.


(can i ask that please only quote me if Lenny is being addressed or needed, i struggle to read through rp's sometimes and i prefer to get 'important' addressed stuff typed first then i go back through other posts. )

Lucky looked around to all of the others around him, listening only for just a bit. He heard Cadpig’s less-than-happy observation near him. He turned to her and gave a smile. “Don’t worry, I’ll bet there’s more places you can explore than I could, since you could get through tighter spaces,” he knew she wasn’t really talking to her, but maybe he could cheer her up. 



He then turned his attention to Jewel with her idea for water. Now that she mentioned it, and he didn’t know how he knew, but he knew he needed some water too. He’d never had any nor seen any, but knew he had to find some, and going together would be good! And now that Lenny mentioned it, too, he was hungry too! How could they catch anything?



Two-Tone addressed his question, and he supposed that was right. He gave her a nod to agree with her words. “Sounds like a great idea!” Lucky said springing to his paws, excited at the idea. “Who’s ready to go find some water? I’ll bet we can smell it before we see it!” He started sniffing the air energetically, his tail flicking wildly behind him. “And maybe, Lenny, we’ll find something to eat on the way! I’ll bet the one who put us here will be sure we’ve got something to eat too…”
