Jiàbào Yǔtsuki grimaced as he swept his hands through his hair, knowing he was a freak, as he leaned against the wall of the train station, though he recognized the Gōwan no Renkinjutsushi -- the 'Strong Arm Alchemist' he'd heard was also working with the Honō no Renkinjutsushi -- another infamous or famous, depending on whom you spoke to, 'state alchemist'. He didn't see the real need for 'state' anything, really, primarily because he never really stayed in one place for long. "Somehow, I get the strong sense tonight won't be a restful one," he muttered as he got on the train heading from New Optain to East City. He exhaled softly, his dark amber-bronze eyes closing beneath his short raven hair before he was bumped by a short blond in a red jacket {Edward Elric} before he grunted slightly, unaware a rush of pale lavender energy rushed over his skin before fading away. Diànlí Yōzhàn sighed, closing her golden eyes as she relaxed with a smile into the very comfortable seat on the same train. Fortunately, she had her mental walls up, shielding her instinctive ability to sense soul energy, which almost always permeated the air as a glowing mist that changed colors depending on the intent of people, whereas people themselves were like living torches of pale fire. She shivered slightly, sensing stronger souls, who tended to usually be alchemists. Roy Mustang sighed as he half leaned against the wall of his office in East City. "Hopefully Edward acts as necessary, if what we gained on intel is correct," he muttered, as they'd had intel from a source within the Blue Squad that something would happen tonight.

Alphonse and Edward were seated in the train, not being as quiet as they respectively should. More like Ed wasn't being as quiet as he should be.The large suit of armor put his hands up in protest. "Brother, please lower your voice." Edward crossed his arms over his chest, Winery doing the same. They were arguing again, Rush Valley had cost him a pretty penny, but it did get him new automail.
Envy didn't have much to do, after taking the life of Maes Hughes, she had nothing much to do. Maria Ross was already in the steps of being framed, and Jena Havoc was being spied on by Lust as Solaris. So, Envy took it upon herself to keep an eye out on the pipsqueak. Roumor had it he was on his way back from travel. Envy disguised herself as a normal Amestrian Lady, fair and gently looking as she waited for the alchemist to get back.
Mina was reviewing over looking Maes Hughes autopsy report, she and Sheska both doubted what happened to the Brigadier General. "I'm more concerned with him and Al finding out about Maes." She held the folder in her arms, looking at the Colonel, they both knew the boys would be crushed.

Jiàbào Yǔtsuki grimaced as he rolled his shoulders, feeling the static charge rippling over his skin as he pushed past the tall guard when he glanced at the finely dressed woman {Envy} before he felt something shoved into his back as his eyes narrowed, their midnight blue color becoming a burning silver as the gun went off as the man with the automail arm and eyepatch smirked before he tilted his head, his gaze dropping to the burnt hole in the jacket at the small of his back, though the burns reached just below the middle of his back.
"Good... I have a reason to burn off some energy... literally," he muttered as he clenched his hand into a fist as his lightly bronze-tawny skin glowed for a split second as his head rose to the four inch taller man's one eye. He cast off the ruined jacket to reveal that his skin was covered in fine interlocking scales like those of a snake whilst his face and throat were covered in a paper thin layer of the same glittering silver metal. His fist lashed out in a blur in a trio of inhumanly fast uppercuts into the man's ribs before his fist reared back and flashed forward, a lavender-blue ring of glowing air spreading from the impact point as the man flew back head-over-heels down the aisle before he slammed back first into door to the next car, denting it outward. He raised his automail arm, the hand flipping up before an echoing gunshot rang out. An explosion of smoke and fire engulfed Jiàbào's head, though the clattering of the small spheres of shot rained onto the floor as his uninjured head leaned forward through the smoke, unaware that this would catch Envy's interest heavily.
Diànlí Yōzhàn jumped as she heard gunfire before she saw a short blonde kid in a red jacket dart to the door before he cursed, as the door seemed pinned shut. A sharp gasp escaped her as her sensory gift sensed a large surge of soul-spiritual energy that crackled along her nerves like being doused in ice water.
Roy Mustang frowned at Mina's words. "If what we heard is true, they won't find out that before they are here, though it seems remarkably convenient for something like that to happen," he said dryly.
