Biography/History: James Harvey is driving down Highway 46 with his mentor, Robert on the way to Heartland medical center where they are rushing a patient who has been shot in the lungs. The other EMT, Patton is in the back try to keep the patient stable as he is flat lining. Eventually, his heart stops and Patton gives up. But in that second the patient opened his eyes and lunged toward Patton which made Robert brake but they couldn't stop. The walker then went for Robert. James was to scared to do anything except jump out of the ambulance at a slowing rate of 25mph per hour. He ran 2 miles to the hospital to tell them the patient came back to life and attacked his crew. No one believed him and thought he was crazy so they sent him to a psychiatric ward. A breakout happened later that day since the infection had gotten in there. He was able to make his escape with nothing but a med kit and a safety ax. He just stared at the silent city of Atlanta still even just wondering what has happened.
