Today for some reason the dog-ghost-boil had been drawn to the gym and for once noticed that ache to expel energy starting to pull at his muscles. His ears, as usual, drooped on his head but his tail was standing out a little more and gave an occasional wag. This was not typical Hayes behavior but the boil felt a little to caged at the moment and needed to do something. Generally he was the silent boil brooding in the corner. Today? No one would probably guess he wasn't much for this kind of excitement. Well, often enough for it to matter. He didn't care about anyone but himself but he found himself taking classes geared towards helping people. First aid? Really? Hayes wouldn't admit that he had sought it out either.

Hayes snorted and rolled his eyes as he walked through the double doors. What he needed to do was get his mind off things and just use his fists for a while. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing or how to even fight but it seemed like a good idea. The boil walked over to a blue mat that had seen better lifeforms than him and probably had stronger ones fall on it too. Did he care? Nope. He never really did care though. Maybe he was just feeling restless lately? He wasn't really acting like himself. Being here alone proved that something was happening to him. "Where is. . ." He trailed off, looking for a free partner to spar with.
