The posters were still up and he'd had a few calls since then (he'd gone around and scribbled his name and contact number on all of them) so it made sense to keep going with his training. Fighting all sorts would help him develop as a person, that was for sure, and in the case of a fight he'd be better prepared to defend himself.

At least, that was the theory - he kept finding it was the higher classes that sought him ought. Perhaps he seemed tougher then he was? He had no idea!

Hopefully this round of sparring would be more even keeled.

Dekana was in his usual spot, dressed for athetics, and stretching on a mat as he waited.

Qui had heard first by word of mouth from his only friend, about someone who was challenging others to duels out at the gymnasium. While the stallion tended to keep to himself, due to lack of relations and familiarity with the place, he was feeling a little more curious today than usual.

That is what lead him to the gym, following one of the leaflets he'd picked up along the way, slowly looking around the place. A few folks were spotted around there, but there was a single boil on his own, doing some readying stretching. Was that him...?

After a brief moment of hesitation, the ancient walked closer, before prompting the student, "these yours?" he asked casually, holding up the piece of paper in a tattooed hand.

Dekana looked up when someone gruffly asked if something was his. Frowning slightly, he looked first at the person - a horseman if he wasn't mistaken - and then at the leaf of paper. Yep, that was his. He nodded, "Yeah... that's mine. Here for a sparring session?"

It was either that or his poster had somehow offended the horseman, which made no sense to the shadow panther.
