Screw school.
That was Pelagion's opinion anyway. He had not, as yet, found any reason besides his parents constant nagging to go to class. There was nothing that interested him and, worse, no one to make it worthwhile. Sure, he had a friend here and there, but they were all dedicated and stuff, and somehow didn't manage to inspire him.
So, he flopped against his soft, fluffy comforters and furs – most fake. Fluffy things were lovely to lounge on and touch and look at, but Pelagion preferred real fur on their living/FEAR-fuelled origins. Somehow, that made them even fluffier.
He had, at least, decided to try something new: a glowing fluffy houseplant that he – to an extent – hoped would get him into this whole responsibility thing. He poked the soil in its pot – dry. “Hmm.” he grunted, hoisting up an empty pitcher. He'd have to get some water for it. He supposed.
He opened his door to get to the bathroom for the water when, suddenly, something slipped in under his legs. “What the jack?!” he cursed, turning to see... A BLUE KITTY THING.
Screw the pitcher. “Hello kitty!” he cooed adoringly, putting the empty thing aside to wiggle his fingers, “'sup?”

“Uhh... what?” Beds of wood? Weren't most beds made of wooden boards? Well, Pelagion supposed they could also be framed with iron, too. Wait... Was the cat talking about coffins? Coffins weren't Pelagion's style, about as much as bedframes were his style, but coffins were pretty neat.
“Ohhh, you're in the ghost dorms?” he said, taking in the paw and the last part of the riddle. “Neat. Always wanted to go over there.” Some ghosts had the most amazing hair, and Pelagion had always slightly envied them. They were kind of like super-real illusions, almost, sort of, not quite.
He set off for the ghost dorms, fur and feline in hand. “So what do you need furs for, kitty? I mean, you can go through walls, can't you?”
