Riley climbed the steps to the top, pleased to find she wasn't out of breath at the top. She had missed the end of the battle, unfortunately. On of the battlers, apparently the winner, noticed her. "Woah hey! You a trainer?" Riley nodded. Zeke flew down from the sky, and though he was heavy Riley let him sit on top of her head to look cool. The boy brushed his hand through his golden hair and whistled. "That's quite the pokemon you've got there." Riley found her face heating up. Sush, you. He's just a stupid boy. Pokemon's more important. But gosh his eyes were green.
"Battle?" Riley blurted out suddenly. She'd meant to get it out there before she embarrassed herself but...too late. Thankfully the boy just laughed. "Sure. "This is Riley, Scott," Dakota said. "She wants to battle," Cal added in, grinning at Riley as he said it. She scrunched her nose at him, knowing he was teasing her, and he chuckled. "Right...well." Scott walked to a nearby bench, sitting down and letting his Glaceon back out.
