Once he was in the warmth of the center, he looked over shoulder and back outside. They’d have to go out there to find the egg, but there was no way he was going to linger out there without a coat or something. Maybe… he could borrow one? With that thought in mind, he made his way up to the counter and placed an inquiry. The Nurse Joy seemed… perturbed over something but gave a nod, quickly fetching a spare jacket that she happened to have on hand. It was a ski-jacket it looked like and would for the time being. Lafayette thanked the woman and put it on with a little complication. Once he was set though, they headed back out into the snow.

Alright this was a little better. Sure, he didn’t have any gloves or anything but he only had one hand to worry about at this point and was just fine shoving it away in his pocket to keep from losing fingers to frostbite. He was very much done with losing limbs at this point. He stopped midway in the snow and looked back at the doors of the pokemon center, seeing Cheri standing there trying to direct him where to look. He allowed them to stay inside to keep warm; they didn’t make jackets for pokemon after all, though Cheri was doing her best to get this done quickly.

He ended up having to do a little bit of digging around the area which sucked because his fingers were frozen afterwards. That sucked since he was trying to avoid it. He had to pause and sniffle, rubbing his nose which was starting to freeze as well. He wanted to get the hell out of this frozen hole as soon as possible. The cold sucked, maybe he should let Micah out. While he spent the moment semi-whining, he dug a little further and finally found the egg. Good! Without hesitation, he booked it back to the pokemon center to warm up, return the coat and retrieve his pokemon. There was no hesitation and getting out of this place as quickly as possible.
