Once back up to speed able to walk unhindered or slowed he wanted first a meal and second his pokemon. "My pokeballs?" He inquired looking to the nurse who had stepped out to bring in his lunch. She paused by the door having been pushing in a silver rolling table with a covered plate of food. The nurse turned back but didn't need to say anything before someone handed her a metal box. Setting the box on the table she rolled inside and up to the bed.
"Here you are ma'am. Unfortunately we're unsure where your Zorua is currently. She was spotted im told just not where. A recovery team has been deployed so i wouldn't worry to much." The nurse said as she pulled the cover off the plate to reveal a rost beef sandwich. Yukie cringed mentally at the sight. He hopped for something ... less meaty? Sitting back down he eyed the meal with an expression of both guild and disgust. He reserved meats for extremely rare meals and even then he only ate fish and chicken not beef. He could sent it back but knowing normal chief periodical it just be thrown away which was to him worse then swallowing it. It disgusted him that people could kill an animal or pokemon for its meat and then let it go to waste. the nurse noticed his contempt for the meal a** he was cleaning. "Is everything alright ma'am" Yukie had been staring at the sandwich for some time now and hadn't realized it. "Huh, oh yeah its fine. just not a big meal person is all." the nurse stopped what she was doing to pick the plate up her mouth alright open to say something but Yukie cut her short. "No, no its fine. Id rather it not go to waste." He said hovering a hand over the food defensively. "Oh, well if you insist. I could get you a salad perhaps to go with it with then?" Time skip 13 days Yukie had spent almost three full weeks locked up inside that damned tiny room. Getting out and about at long last was a blessing. His arm was still in a sling and his ribs still stung like hell when he breathed or moved in the wrong way but freedom with pain was better then no freedom with pain. Yukie quickly found that his pokemon, save for Litwick, where terribly put matched around here. The wild pokmeon where simply to powerful. Even Litwick required assistance time and again to take one combatant down. Their current opponent, a Houndour, had proven exemplary at tactical combat when it took Litwick out of the match without even needing to damage it the the cost was perhaps to high. Litwicks single attack turned the match into a battle of time vs tactic for the canine. In the end Yukie's stratigy won out and even though he made several attempts at capturing the pokemon it escaped him. "Damn it, Lets go heal up. We'll use the pokemon center, its closer." Yukie said recalling his pokemon and turning to his tag along nurse. "Alright, ma'am as you wish."

Yukie allowed the nurse to lead the way to the pokemon center. She after all knew the city more inimitably then he could from the a short time he'd spent here. Litwick puffed proudly having defeated yet another opponent. Yukie liked attack's that did damage over the long run of a battle rather then to simply hit as hard as possible. Muscle always lose to wit.. It was a simple fundamental fact of life. the smarter of two adversary's was always more pron to victory. Litwick wasn't complaining either. This was the fifth battle using this same tactic it had won hands down. It crippled its foes and warn them down past their limits much to quickly for any normal adversary to compensate for. "Lit Lit Wick!" She puffed as Yuie tossed the pokemon that would seal the capture and add another tactical pokemon to his hoard. "Good job Rezmor, return" Yukie recalled the tiny candle back to its ball as the nurse picked up the one containing the Girafarig. Yukie knew it was to powerful to obey him without a badge. Maybe the man was right. Getting the badge would be helpful. "Alright. We've got preparations to get under way, lets move it." yukie said as the nurse handed him the ball.
The rest of the return trip to base was uneventful. Yukie was packed and ready to leave much faster then the nurse. She apparently had arrangements to make before hand. Yukie didn't prey into the details. A couple of grunts had her stuff packed and loaded into the TX-42 by the time she was finished though. Yukie returned to his room, the few things that belonged to Veerka still remained. A cruel reminded of the love he had lost. Unable to look but unwilling to discard them either Yukie stuffed the items into the trunk at the foot of his bed. The nurse would be in what was Sakiko's lab, newly cleaned out and repurposed as a medical station. With everything set and ready to go the TX-42 lifted off bound once more for the Johto region.

'Talking out loud probably makes you look crazy, you know,' he commented. Ajicka shot him a sharp look, but looked over as Jolteon came bounding over, handing over a pamphlet. Ajicka smiled, giving the pokemon an appreciative pet. "Thanks Jolteon. Why don't we go ahead and get you to my Aunt and Uncle's so you can start taking that break?" she suggested. Jolteon bowed her head, allowing Ajicka to return her, then head for the pokecenter. 'Anyway, I was just wondering... How is it you can hear me? Is it your Gardevoir? That... legendary that follows you?' Edge continued, while Ajicka sent Jolteon to her family, and went about finding a ticket for the Fair.

Alexandra found herself stretching as she stepped off the train, her muscles tense and back stiff from being forced to stay in the same spot for over an hour. She didn't know whether it was from all the battling, or Caldo just found the motions of vehicles soothing, but her starter had fallen asleep on her shoulder, with Xion soon joining him; once again the brunette had been subjected to becoming a pillow for her pokemon. Deciding that a walk would help loosen her muscles she began to move, her drowsy pokemon following after her at a much slower pace, and towards a random direction. It'd been a while since she'd been back in her home region, even longer since she'd been in Veilstone, and memories of childhood visits to the meteorite site with her father filled her mind; she really needed to visit her parents and sister soon. In the midst of her homesick feeling and nostalgia she received a response from Rose and Marx, the alert garnering Alexandra's attention. She looked down, reading both texts before she replied.
Text to Rose: Maylene, she's a fighting type expert in Veilstone. Flying sounds exciting, coincidentally Maylene gives out the HM Fly so I imagine I'll be in the same situation as you soon, try and be careful though. Snowpoint? I hope you've bundled up accordingly, it never stops snowing there.

Not given much time to react, Alexandra could only watch as the figures grew closer. Before they, and the swarm of pokemon behind them, could get too close however, she finally responded, eyes falling onto the nearest attacker. A Combusken, the dual fire and fighting type leading the charge, right then. In one fluid motion the brunette grabbed Amethyst's pokeball, sending the pokemon out while her other two prepared themselves for the fight they'd been unexplainable drawn into. "Psychic," Alexandra demanded once Amethyst had materialized, the purple fox given just enough time to lock onto her target before her eyes glowed and a powerful wave of psychic power shot out directly at the Combusken, hitting it square in the chest and forcing it back into its companions, knocking them all down.

With the pokemon left sprawled out on the ground it gave the two humans enough time to finally reach Alexandra, their features finally coming into view. The two were obviously brother and sister, that much was clear, with matching dark skin, brown hair, and piercing green eyes-- she wouldn't be surprised if they weren't twins. Both were breathing heavily, a clear sign that they'd been chased quite the distance, though the girl was able to gain her breath faster than her brother and went off into a breathless explanation. "T-thank you... that man... he.. he sent his pokemon after us." Alexandra quirked an eyebrow before she looked expectantly back to the hill, only to find that it was empty. Before she could question just who this mysterious man, however, her attention was drawn back to the pile of pokemon who were quickly becoming untangled, all but the Combusken slowly regaining their composure. Questions could be asked later, for now she'd concentrate on dealing with this.

Two down, three to go. After that last battle Amethyst was left breathing heavily, though still had enough energy to continue forward and battle the next pokemon that came her way, making this obvious by sending out another psychic attack that, again, knocked her target back and into the other two pokemon who had only gotten to their feet, she didn't want to risk all three coming at her; she had the feeling that they wouldn't just wait patiently for their turn. Unfortunately for her one of the pokemon, a Heracross, had become wise to her intention and deftly avoided being slammed back into ground by taking to the air, its wings beating furiously.

Amethyst watched carefully as the Heracross flew steadily through the air, carefully moving to match its every movement. It was obvious that it held some mild intelligence, after all it didn't mindlessly try and get an attack in, and instead bided its time. The purple fox grit her teeth, tail lashing out, as the bug refused to attack though, a shifting from the pile of unconscious pokemon briefly distracted her; something the Heracross had been waiting for, apparently. The moment her eyes had shifted from the giant beetle it moved in to attack, slamming its large body into Amethyst. It did far less damage than it should've, however, and the pokemon soon realized why, its eyes widening as it noticed the light psychic field that surrounded Amethyst. With a smirk she whirled back around, expelling her 'force field' and attacking the bug head-on with a powerful psychic attack.
