Whatever. It appeared Eevee would not be moving and so he left her to stay there as he searched around the perimeter. If she remained in eyesight, he wasn’t worried that she might slip off into the cave but then again, he wanted to keep an eye on her just in case. A little bit of looking at Ashley had determined that he probably would need to enter the cave. The area was cleaned of eggs, as far as he could tell. Even checking little out of the way spots turned up nothing and with a grumble he stalked his way back towards the cave entrance. He paused at Eevee who seemed to still be in the same place since he’d left her, attention to the ground at something at her feet. "Eevee." Ashley commanded to gain her attention. Her head snapped up and he stared in surprise at the egg in her mouth. When…? He was certain he hadn’t seen her move. He frowned and leaned down, collecting the egg from her. It was covered it dust and he narrowed a look at her. Her fur was rather dusty as well. Had she slipped into the cave when he wasn’t looking? Impossible.
Silent, Ashley tucked the egg away and scooped her up into his arms. She didn’t at all seem alarmed by his change in demeanor, mewing and looking up expectantly as the Charizard reappeared to take them to the next place.

Landing outside Mount Mortar, Avikna and Tay entered into the Mountain, followed by their Pokemon. The mountain was a large one, expanding over quite some distance. This being said, not to many people were clustered in one given area, making it easy to find a spot to search for their next egg in solace. Tay got the idea to release Vivi for a bit, as well as her other Pokemon. Given there was plenty of room for such a thing. Avikna however, stuck with four. There wasn't enough room for her Pokemon. However, it appeared their secluded area was secluded for long. A young woman appeared around the rock that was Avikna's current perch, seeming rather flustered that she'd ended up running into people. She looked shy... "O-oh... Sorry, I didn't know there were people here." She voiced, bowing her head slightly. "B-but, since I'm here. Would-would either of you mind a b-ba-battle?" Avikna's eyes narrowed, more so into a resting position. She appeared so timid, yet she was going to call the challenge? There was some confidence hidden in her. Climbing down from her rock, Avikna motioned Nepeherit forward. "Sure. I'll battle you." Avikna replied. The woman appeared shocked, but quickly recovered with a wide smile, fishing a ball from her bag. "A-alright. Let's battle then."
In the end Avikna won. Nepherit fought off quite a group of Pokemon. She hadn't expected to see a Hydregion of all things from such a timid woman. The woman herself took her defeat with a smile, bowing slightly, then heading off into the cave. Avikna couldn't understand some people. But whatever, that was all settled. Nepherit rushed up with a playful look in her eyes. "You fought well." Avikna replied, kneeling down. She pulled out a few potions and began to work the tonic into the pup dragon's fur, letting her regain some of her lost energy from that fight. When she was done, the red-head decided to give her a treat. Fishing out a Sweet Heart candy, she tossed it to Nepherit, who scarfed it down easily. The pup dragon then barked, eager to continue battling.

"Looks like we'll have to move someplace else." Avikna stated, leaping down from her perch. Tay nodded, somewhat distraught by coming up empty handed. The past eggs had been so easy to find. "Yea, me neither. Sadly, I have no choice... I'll have to deal with them likely for the rest of my life. Sadly, so will you." Avikna stood up, resting a hand on Tay's shoulder. "I'm sorry. I should of never taken you from the Chargestone cave... You'd be far better off if I hadn't." Tay grew weary eyed. 'Don't say that! You don't know if that would be true. I... Just as a thought began entering his mind, not of his own conjuring, a familiar cry caught his attention. Perhaps the reach had been timed intentionally, so that just before he could realize it was there, and inquire, his attention was grabbed. Either way, he didn't realize until the moment had passed, and only managed to shoot Lunala a brief, bothered look, before going to fetch the egg and gather his pokemon. She was really starting to puzzle him... her behavior was bizarre. Even for her. He looked up when he returned, egg in hand, pokemon trailing behind, with a frown on his face. She clearly didn't feel like sharing, though, and simply gave a purred cry before, once more, teleporting them to the next location.

Ajicka gave her Pokémon a quick run down on her thinking and, surprisingly, asked them to come find her if they didn't find any after fifteen minutes or so of searching. She personally was happy to rock climb for hours, even if she had to take breaks, but she didn't want her Pokémon getting bored or stalling while she climbed. Especially when, despite their progress, they still had ample eggs to find. Several, several eggs.... so much eggs.... Arceus, maybe she oughtn't be distracted by rock climbing, but, oh well.
