Changes to the ToS no one proably noticed.

i also provided a full link of the tos on gaia so users can see everything for themselves
anyway yeah i dont think that was there when i registered my acct about 3 months ago but its there now and its a little disturbing to say the least

maybe gaia is getting ready to shut down

And my God that is shady as hell.
That was not always there.
And honestly it scares me. The way they have been as of late? Just no.
And gah by saying don't like it leave it just proves there immaturity. Its like right there you can tell its being ran by idiots. You don't tell your users/Customers if they don't like something to leave. That is like walmart saying if you don't like the fact there staff is rude and unhelpful to leave. No just no they lose money. If Gaia shuts down and expects to live off its want to be tumblr porn site there are retarded as hell. No one in there right effing mind would ever trust Gaia Inc. all ever again.

Although I understand that this is what companies reserve the right to do, and is expected of a websites TOS. The wording is extremely disturbing and borderline disrespectful.

I'm not going to go all doomsday on this topic because of those reasons but I have posted this in my signature because I think that more people need to be aware of exactly what rights they have here on Gaia, which are pretty much none. Some users really need to think twice about what they are supporting currently.

LOL! I love this, and I hope Gaia shuts down tomorrow. I will have the sweetest laugh at those stupid enough to have bought into their lies and abusive treatment of members for quite some time now.
