My opponent on first turn summons Harpie Channeler and then discards Cyber Harpie Lady to SS Harpie's Pet Dragon. Then he/she like an idiot XYZ Summons Dracossack and uses the effect to summon 2 tokens when he/she knows I'm running a Cyber Dragon Deck. My first turn I fuse his/her 3 Machines with my Cyber Dragon to summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon at 4000ATK. I then attack directly and during damage calculation activate Limiter Removal to have it have 8000ATK which games him/her.

Unfortunately, this wasn't the OTK you thought it was. Your Chimera was actually only 2000 due to this ruling:

Chimeratech Fortress Dragon Rulings

Monster Tokens cannot be sent to the Graveyard, since they disappear when they are removed from the field. Thus, they cannot be sent to the Graveyard as a Fusion Material Monster to Special Summon "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon".
