[CLASS] Holiday Doors: The More You Know! (OVER pg.11!)

Once again Selene's classroom was wide open, allowing students to enter for her next class. This time, flyers had been placed all over the school to announce the topic of her next lecture, as well as the time and date. When students arrive in the classroom however, they will find it heavily decorated.

The room was filled with decorations from all seven of the major holidays. Streamers, balloons, table covers and wall hangings papered every inch of the room to celebrate Valentine's Day, Christmas, Halloween, The Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter.

Easter was especially highlighted. After all, it was the day humans celebrated that particular holiday, and that meant Selene wanted to help her scarelings celebrate as well! She stood happily humming behind her desk, arranging baskets filled with candy that she will ABSOLUTELY NOT LET YOU TOUCH SO DON'T TRY IT.

There was a giant, toothy chocolate bunny sitting on each and every student's desk. It looked just about ready to try and eat anyone who attempted to eat it, but go ahead. Have a bite!

Welcome to Holiday Doors: The More You Know! Come on in, have a seat, enjoy some chocolate at your own peril, and get settled in! Class will begin tomorrow (Monday, around 8pm PST) after everyone's had a chance to settle down - or rile up, depending on whether you've eaten the chocolate or not.

If your student chooses to try and eat the bunny:
roll a 1d4. If you roll 1 or 2, the bunny bites you back. -5HP

HUNTERS: If you eat the bunny, your golem is DESTROYED. So. Don't eat the bunny.

AND NO THERE IS NO SIGN UP SHEET.

Akubi slunk his way into the class and sat himself down in a chair. He quietly stared at the chocolate thing in front of him on the desk.

Should he or shouldn't he. Instead he grinned back at it toothily to see if he could intimidate it with his own teeth. His cat ears leaned back a little when the thing didn't seem to back down.

...Tough crowd.

At least there was no sign up sheet for him to ruin! Huzzah.

Taika zipped through the hallways on her broom, dodging students, staff, and walls until hopping off just in front of the classroom she'd been headed for. She was excited for this class; she really wanted to know more about the holiday doors.

The room itself was certainly interesting! There were a ton of decorations, and chocolate bunnies on each desk. "Oooh," she murmured and picked a seat in the middle of the front row, eyeing the bunny. It kinda looked like it was going to eat her instead. Or try to. She was at least 10 times bigger than the edible bunny anyway. Now the questions was...did she try to eat it?

Psh, it was chocolate, of course she was going to try!

"Ow!" ...well that didn't work. She pushed the bunny - carefully, so as not to get bitten again - to the edge of her desk and narrowed her eyes at it. Evil chocolate. She didn't think there was such a thing.

Emily had seen a flyer in the library for a rather interesting looking class that would teach her more about the Holiday doors. Of course she knew a little bit about them and hey, who didn't but she wanted to know more....No she needed to know more so why not go to class and learn from a teacher for once and not a book.

The ghoul floated in through the door way, it was still to weird to her to use legs. She stopped and looked around. Not a lot of students here yet...well none other then that boil over there and that witch. She didn't know if she should wave or nod or just ignore them. This was her first class and she didn't know anyone, sweet Jack she felt awkward. Not knowing school etiquette was getting to be a pain. So the ghoul looked up to all the decorations, wow there was a lot.

Cadence grinned as she darted her way though the halls, moving around obstacles dodging people and hitting just about any opening she could find. It was her first class at the academy, she was a new student after all and she did not want to risk being late. That and if she did get there late all the good seats would be takes.

There where a few mishaps, and wrong turns. She really should have consulted her map but the reaper manged to make it to class rather early despite the minor set backs. The room was heavily decorated and Cadence found her self standing in the door way for a second to take it all in. After a moment however she moved to take a seat, seeing as the middle seat was taken in the first row Cadence chose the one next to it, a bit closer to the door.

She wasn't sure if she would try to eat the chocolate bunny or not just yet and watched it warily. The topic of the class seemed interesting, even more so with the amount of decorations that the room had, and the bunnies and well the rest of the large supply of chocolate.

She had no desire to get into trouble for neglecting her classes even if her dreams were strange of late and she felt a creeping sense of paranoia. She had to keep it cool calm and collected. Sin put on a smile and walked into the classroom. She was rather interested in the holiday doors, she had glimpsed the land of Grace and turkeygiving, and she had gotten sick on candy behind the door of valentines, so before she had anymore unpleasant experiences she would like to learn. She slipped into a chair and eyed the chocolate bunny with distaste, nope she had no desire to nibble at that

"Hello...everyone."

It wasn't exactly her standard greeting, but the faintly darker violet smudges beneath her eyes were evidence that the demon hadn't been sleeping well. The fact that such smudges were visible and not concealed carefully by makeup was even more telling, Sin usually did not neglect her appearance. She flicked a strand of pink back into her hair and tried to focus her attention on the front of the room.

The red-headed faerie walked into the classroom and smiled at the decorations, finding them festive and colorful. All the desks looked about the same to them - the same as in each and every one had a bunny on them, looking rather... feral, to say the least.

"Greetings!" The faerie murmured in good nature, giving a half wave as he sat down in a random seat.

Selene sunk down into her chair and hid behind the baskets.

When the opportunity arose to attend on of Amityville's classes again, Mimsy eagerly leapt upon it. Wonderland left her terribly nostalgic, and there was nothing like school to keep her spirits high. And Amityville was the most optimal of schools, in fact - she could leave directly after the class, which meant that she could avoid unfortunate interactions, and was surrounded by other inhuman creatures who were easy to get along with.

What more could she ask for?

There was, of course, the problem of the name at hand, should she be called upon - she could not exactly use her own, and using Svensyl's was risky, and she was not particularly creative when it came to this sort of thing.

So she took a portion of Lucky's: Szczes. Nearly unpronounceable, which made it suitable for a jabberwock in her opinion.

Proud and pleased as punch, Mimsy marched into the classroom as a male jabberwock of average height, and sat down at the very front of the class. Curious as always, she leaned towards the chocolate bunny that was waiting for her on the desk, and gave it an equally toothy smile.

"Helloooo," she crooned. "Where do you lead?"

Vaith looked at the room, raising his eyebrows. tasteful. Great decorations. Not so great bunny. He crossed his arms behind his head, seating himself in the back. His body was slouched in the chair, eyeing the bunny.

"Here little guy!" Vaith dangled a string in front of him, wondering what the chocolate bunny was capable of.

"Look Note, a friend for you to play with."

The little dragon familiar crawled out from behind Vaith's neck, perched curiously on his shoulder. Both elements eyed each other suspiciously.

Another student was playing with their bunny up front too.

When she walked into the classroom, the first thing Aurian saw was the chocolate bunnies on each desk. Ahhh, they were so cute. She rushed in to find a spare desk and a bunny of her own. Her search faltered when she spied a familiar boil. On his shoulder, a small Noise dragon loomed down over Vaith's bunny.

"No, don't eat him, Note," she cried as she rushed over. "He's too cute!"

Then she worried that she might have hurt Note's feelings. She plucked him up (partly to make sure he didn't take a swipe at the bunny) and cradled him to her chest. "You're cuter, of course," she told him while scritching his head.

She sat down in the spare seat next to Vaith, sideways so she was looking at Vaith. When she met his gold eyes, she was flooded with thoughts of their reunion last night. She felt her cheeks heat and quickly looked away.

"Umm... so this looks interesting," she searched for a change of topic. All the decorations seemed like a good distraction. "I know about Christmas and Halloween... Do you know the rest?"

Aurian reached out to give her bunny a pat. It really was very cute. She was quick to return her affections to Note, though, so he wouldn't get jealous.

The sharp sounds of metal legs rubbing against cheap tile echoed as the desk next to Sin started to move in small spurts. Eeeekk. Eeeekkk. Eeekkk. Until it was against hers.

With some heaving, a red-skinned imp stood up on the chair and leaned his elbow on the desk top to smile up on her. "Hey. How you doin?" He said, wiggling an eyebrow as he reached for the chocolate bunny to bite. As he went to grab it, it bit him back, and he jerked his hand and went to shove the rabbit off his desk before looking back at her, pouting as he rubbed his hand.

When he made sure his hand wasn't injured, he went back to leaning on the desk top as if he really hadn't been hurt. "I might not be a rabbit, but I'm still sweet. Wanna nibble?"

The only reason to ever come to class was to hit on ghouls. He just had to make sure Anna wasn't in them. So far, so good.

Aisha politely removed her headphones, the music pumping out with what seemed like only bass for the moment it took her turn them off. This was her first class and after her initial experience with doors she'd been pretty wary.

Hopefully this class didn't end up nearly as traumatizing.

Perhaps it was the best for him to be active, to try to be social and behave normally. He stalked across the campus with fists buried in his pocket as he moved toward the building where Selene's class was being held. Keeping his head down and his eyes low, he moved into the class, giving side glances to the students that had already appeared, the professor, and the festive decorations inside.

Hair was disheveled, a single leaf donned it, black and messy as if the only attempt to fix it was running a hand through it. Dark rings around hollowed, distant eyes as he looked down at the toothy rabbit; gold and blue staring into the soulessness of what sat on the desk.

He just stood and stared at it.

He couldn't keep bothering Damien and he did have the motivation to go to the gym. Definitely could not go back to his room. And he should at least attempt to keep going with Amity.
