"Thanks, Elliot" Dale replied to Elliot thinking it is a nice compliment about the classroom. He takes out his laptop and turns it on then he gets out three textbooks from the desk drawer and sets them on Moris, Skyler and Elliot's desk.

Moris is secretly excited to be in another class and at least this one will hopefully won't be as physically active as gym class. He looks at the text they were given and examines it.

"First off with a question to you three. What is your definition of Social Studies?" Dale asked Skyler, Moris and Elliot. He does the attendance sheet on his laptop while he waits for their answers to the question.

Moris listens to the others before saying his answer, "Social Studies is study of people, a different form of Sociology" he answered then wait for instructions of what they will do next.

"Those are good answers" Dale said after hearing their answers to his question. He entered them on his attendance sheet and checked off Kei as present. He gets up, "Okay, I need you to take the 20 question pre-test on those computers over there. I will show you what to do to get to it" he gestured to the computers then started walking over there.

Skyler nodded at what Dale told then and got up. He picked a computer and sat down turning it on. Once it was turned on he waited for other instructions.
