It's the End of Summer Holidays!

A message is posted on the bulletin board; it looks very compelling and very cheerful. There are many students flittering around, trying to read the message from the Headmistress.


Welcome back to Gallagher Academy!

Over the summer, many things have changed; as you can see, we are no longer sharing facilities with Blackthorne. They have rebuilt their school! We wish them all the best with their new additions!

As for our school, we welcome all new students to meet in the Cafeteria for a general overview of the rules and expectations promptly at 6PM this evening. All other students are welcome to return to their dormitories, which have been freshly cleaned by our lovely janitorial staff.

Classes will begin early next week.

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to ask any staff member for assistance, we would be happy to help!

Welcome back from the break, folks! We're getting this guild back up and running. However, as we reconvene and create a plot to benefit you, you can have your Gallagher Girls RP in here, and the dormitories. Please remember that since this is a break /after/ summer, that everyone's grade has increased by a year.

(Bri will have a similar post set up for Blackthorne tomorrow, or maybe later tonight. It depends on how bad her migraine is, and how soon she finishes some of her homework...)

Amelia entered the school with a large smile on her face. The walk from the bus station with her suitcase, backpack and purse nearly killed her, but she was beyond happy to be back where she called home. Over the summer, she and Dominic got together a few times, even though she went back home to do her own thing with her parents. Now, they could be together all the time again!

Amelia was also proud of how she grew over the summer. She walked with more confidence, spoke without stuttering. She thanked a few classes she enrolled herself in over the summer for self-esteem. This year, would hopefully, be her year.

Weaving her way through the crowd, keeping grip on her bright pink suitcase, she arrived at the bulletin board. Upon reading it, her face contorted from a grin to a frown. She didn't assume that Blackthorne would use the summer to rebuild! Where was their campus? What am I going to do? Am I going to see him? What if we have to be rivals now?

Letting some girls push ahead of her, she sunk into the crowd. This could not be worse... she shook her head. There had to be something she could do. First things first, find her roommates. Looking around the crowd once more, she sought after someone she recognized.
