Animated eyes- Opinions?

Gaia just released an announcement a while ago about animated eyes-- What do you guys think of it?

They've been promising them for a good while now. About time they got released.

Funny though, they don't seem any different from the concept work that was posted way back when and yet they choose only now to release them. Now when users are so pissed they don't want to buy a single GC and Gaia's been throwing out a sale every day.
