She bore them no ill, but in truth she also dreaded this a bit. What with not exactly being the best fit with their kind. Her clan preferred the wilds and simplicity in their destruction. Conquest preferred extravagance, the finer things, and well... everything that she felt didn't suit her lifestyle. So while she didn't dislike them, it was like fire and ice to put them next to each other. Still, if she was to learn all there was about the lands she had to venture forth, and alliances had to be built. So tolerance and friendships were in her best interest. Which is what brought her out there that day to stumble upon something that made her literally sigh.
Just what she'd expected.
She was completely fine with her tree she'd taken to dozing in. It was perfectly suited to her and she felt at ease in the tree. But this, wasn't exactly bad. Just a bit much.
She lightly rubbed the back of her her with her hand as her wings shifted to fold neatly along her back, the faint rustle of feathers silenced as she took to slowly circling the building curiously. A far cry from other areas, but it seemed each resident had their own style now. Not that she was going to judge to harshly. But really, it was just like them to have all that fun.
Even if she wanted little to no part of it. Still she was sort of curious who'd managed to earn such a grand abode to everyone else around. It was well kept too. Really, she just wanted to see what kind of being lived there and it wouldn't hurt to meet them anyway. They were obviously well established. So after a moment she stepped up, closer to the house, but still respecting that it wasn't exactly her space. "Heeellooooo? Anyone home?"
And so, Lifen had a caller at the door. Sort of.
