July 2013 Sealed Envelope Raffle! How this works:
Each ticket costs 1,000 gold. You can buy as many or as little tickets as you like.
Mules are also welcome to participate!
A winner will be drawn (when enough tickets have been sold) with the Random Number Generator.
If there are 100 tickets sold, then there will be a random number contest of 1-100.
All trades are to be sent to Sparkling Waters Guild, which is the guild mule.
Anyone is allowed to enter, as long as they are a member of the guild. That includes crew. smile
Sparkling Waters Guild will accept the trade and wait on you to complete your side of it.
Once you have accepted your side of the trade, she will then complete her side of the trade and your name will be added to the ticket holders post. smile

The Rules:
1: Tickets are as they come!
There will be no ordering this number and that number, because it gets quite confusing.
2: Send a labelled trade to Sparkling Waters Guild.
The trade should be titled something like "July MC Raffle [insert amount of tickets you want here]".
3: Cancel your trade = Cancel your place in the raffle.
4: Your name will be placed beside a number(s) when the trade has been completed.
5: There are no refunds. Once you're in the raffle, you're in the raffle.
6: One person cannot win both Sealed Envelopes!
But, if they won a Sealed Envelope, they can still win a Bladed Vase.
7: All ticket holders are automatically entered in the Mini Monster raffle as well!
You do not have to buy separate tickets for that, as the maximum is 1 per person.
8: The raffle will be drawn on July 16th if enough tickets have been sold!
NOTE: If you happen to change your username during the course of this raffle, please notify us!!
I, or any other guild crew, will not be held responsible if you win and we are unable to find you because of a change of username.
If someone cannot be found, the raffle will be re-drawn!
