Anime haircuts IRL?

So have you ever really seen any anime or anime-inspired haircuts in real life?

I've been seriously considering getting one myself. I have brown hair the ends just below
my breasts, but it's seriously been thinning out lately. I'm thinking of cutting it short,
but leaving two locks of it long to braid. Similar to Soi fon's haircut from Bleach.

My friend actually got Soi fon's haircut a couple years back, and it looked amazing! She
got it at a regular Walmart hair-cut place, but I was thinking of going to a fancy hair
studio to make sure it's perfect.

So, what are your ideas on this? I'm a no-no with hair straighteners or curlers as well as
dyeing my hair. A haircut like this should do the trick. xD

And any other ideas related to anime-inspired haircuts? I don't see many in real life!

I had one side of my hair longer but thick enough just for one plait, while the rest of my hair was short at the back.
It looked good, and people said I was bold.

well, i have straight bangs and people tell me i look like an anime character. ; u ;
but this is unintentional. lul

i don't know what you look like so i don't know if it'll look good on you; while a haircut looks good on other people, it might not do so well on you, right?
