[HH 1 vs 1] Knuckle fist sandwhich! (Ofelia, Pokerus)

Pokerus loved food as much as the next dragon, and tended to gorge herself stupid sometimes even if she wasn't hungry, then would take a nap to sleep off the effects of the meal. Because food was just that dam awesome.

In fact she was thinking of doing such a thing, and walked down the school hallway in search of the place to get food at. Or maybe she would go do some hunting?

She sneered to herself. When was the last time she went hunting for food? Fish and other such aquatic minipets were always fun, and there was the occasional tea deer she could catch. Though hunting at a school was generaly a bad thing to do, as there was a good chance the animal would belong to a student. And they would of loved and cherished it.

It had happened before, and she was loathed to have it happen again.

SPeaking of hunting, she was too busy thinking about food to notice the fog curling around her feet until she stepped on a rotten floorboard.

"...Jack dammit could I have at least gotten something to eat first?!?!" She growled at the haunted house

Ofelia was inside the haunted house because it was her job. Of sorts. The redhead liked being in there, liked meeting and beating different people (order didn't matter) and as she looked through one of the room that happened to resemble a rotting old shack

The sound of a floor creaking didn't quite catch her ears as she was too busy creaking boards on her own as well.

There was the sound of creaking in the air, though Poke didn't seem to realize that the creaking was from someone else. Her fin-ears twitched at the sound, but she paid it no heed and walked further into the house. Maybe she'd find the exit?

Or instead, round a corner, trip on a upturned piece of wood, and fall onto of Ofelia by accident.

"Omfph!"

Sometimes bumping into Ofelia was all it took. Rue was instantly summoned and the young woman back flipped out from under whatever was on her and struck a fighting pose.

Whatever happened to be there now needed to die.

Sadly the dragoness did not have such lighting fast reflexes. Or she was just too dense to realize what just happened. Either way she now had a sword pointed at her.

Considering at the end of said sword was a white-cloaked hunter, she doubted there would be any reasoning to go here.

"Well, if thats how you want to play~" Pokerus growled, showing her sharp canine teeth as she back up a little to give herself space from the sharp pointy metal.

Ofelia didn't play, or at least she didn't play anymore. Lately when it came to battles she didn't talk or chase. It was all about the results, the take them down before they took you down, and she braced her knuckles inside her weapon.

Without waiting she lunged at this new creature, someone she'd never seen before, and felt a smirk cross her lips as Rue dug into their FEAR. This would be entirely too easy.

Perhaps she had been too lenient in her judgment on hunters, her opinion clouded from the countless stories she had read of knights of old. Or perhaps she was taken in by their sob stories of protecting humans. Whatever the case, Pokerus could already tell she was in a s**t ton of trouble. No dragconic arrogance was going to save her a** here. Before she could even move, she felt the powerful blow of the hunters weapon pierce her FEAR shield and land a solid punch in her stomach.

If she wasn't in so much pain, she would be jealous right about now.

"Aren't ya comin'?" There may have been a bit of mockery in Ofelia's words as she banged Rue together. The blades hissed as the hunter prepared for another attack.

She wasn't really dishing out damage on an epic scale but at least Ofelia was being consistent.

She didn't like the tone of voice the hunter was using, as if she was mocking her. She snarled, flexing her claws as if she wanted to slash at the hunter to shut her up, but another blow silenced the dragon. She fell to her knees, holding her stomach where she had been hit.

Not wanting this to be completely one sided, Pokerus balanced herself on both hands and feet, leaping forwards to slash at one of the hunters legs

Ofelia shrugged off the attack the same way a person would shrug off getting bumped into. Her shield didn't even ripple and she prepared to strike back.

The impact brought the runes on her weapon up to a pulsating shine. Rue was charged and ready. "Brace yerself." There was evil behind that grin.

Jacking hell, what was this hunter made of?! She had thought Shun was a tough pain in the a** to beat, but this one? She was reminded of the one with the long red hair, taking down a giant monster with one swing of a overcompensating axe. Though her weapon was nowhere near as big as that ones, the power held inside it was surely a close match.

She felt the blow on the side of her head, just near the right side of her white horn. Even with her hard head the blow ached, making her vision spin sickeningly. She paused to get her bearings, then saw that the weapon was now glowing. The hunters words proved ominous.

The dragon ghoul jumped backwards, hands both holding a swirling vortex of water which she quickly clasped together to make a giant ball, lobbing it at the hunter before she could do anything else.

Ofelia didn't really like the fact she'd been hit like that, her shield did actually do more than just ripple on that one, and the redhead hissed a bit before deciding to attack back.

She was the type to hit harder after being struck once after all and Ofelia cackled as Rue made contact.

It was fun to be the king sometimes.

Her attack had hit dead on, but it didn't seem to do much to the hunter, still standing after her most powerful attack. And not only that, but she came at her with a even stronger attack. Pokerus open hung open as she felt the blow connect, the sheer force sending her flying backwards into a wall and leaving a sizable crack in the wood. She slid down the surface, landing in a coughing heap of broken wood and dust.

She tried to get up, but found all strength had left her body after her shield had been cracked. Now she was at the mercy of this hunter whom had kicked her a** so easily.

She was just a []tad bit mortified about it.

And so the dragon was down. Ofelia could have easily destroyed her even more since it was apparent that the monster wasn't going to be getting up any time soon she dismissed her weapon. If the dragon thing tried anything Ofelia would simply summon back Rue and crush her skull into powder. Cut and dry enough right?

"Try anythin' an Ah crush yer skull." Ofelia also liked to state the obvious. "Now, care ta explain why ya attacked me in the first place? Ah got no quarrel wit' ya students most'a the time but when ya jump me Ah gotta act back." The redhead squatted down so she was more level with the person she'd just defeated. In the dimness of the haunted house light it looked like the hollow of her eye socket was glowing.

Meanwhile Rue was enjoying the after taste of FEAR and was busy moaning in Ofelia's head. Such a horrible person.

Tensing when the hunter approached, Pokerus glared at her, not wanting to go down so easily. But it wasn't the idea of dissipation that had her worried or the fact she had been curb-stomped, oh no. This hunter could just as easily kart her back to the island and make a pretty sword out of her.

She would of nodded when Ofelia told her not to pull anything, but even that required energy she did not have. Her narrowed expression then changed to one of surprise, one eye then raised at the question. She hadn't attacked the hunter at all! Though this one apparently had 'no quarrel with students', she wasn't so sure about that.

"I bumped into you, thats all." She said.
