lantern marines?

forgive me if this is in the wrong area, it made most sense but more to the point, as i was browsing pinterest recently i happened upon a picture with the caption of lantern marines. i'm still fairly new to the entire world of warhammer 40k and don't know every faction and faction formed off of the one before it, but i am curious to know if anyone has any information on them
