My thoughts on: God in politics.

People often turn to their gods in times of war or international politics. But is that a good thing?

When America fought Britain for independence, I'm sure America prayed to God for independence just as much as the British prayed to God to let them keep America as their own.

Here is a simpler example. Suppose a man is being chased by a hungry bear. Suppose the man is mentally praying to God to be saved or spared, while the bear is praying "Dear Lord, thank you for the delicious meal I am about to eat".
