Annoyed and Confused

So I just finished Clannad and Clannad after story. All I have to say about this anime is....
WHICH ENDING IS WHICH!
I mean, yes, it's a good anime, and I like it, but really.... What ending is which. It's a very sad story, and I actually cried when Nagisa and his child died. I couldn't help it. I just did. But then in the next episode, it didn't happen? What? emotion_facepalm Man I felt lost after that. It bugged me lol. So I wanna know, did you like/love/hated the anime? What ending do you think should be the ending. And which ending is the real ending?

I will never forgive the animator -runs out crying- just kidding xP but Some sad endings I can take, others I can't. Just to sad TvT

It's hard to explain, but this is how I saw it:

After Tomoya experiences the tragedy of losing Nagisa and Ushio, he is finally able to have one wish granted to him from the "Other World" (the one with the robot and the girl). Every time Tomoya helped out someone in the series, lots of glowing lights were sent to the Other World. All of those lights combined amounted to one big wish, and Tomoya didn't wish for anything until Ushio died - he wished to be with his family again. So his wish was granted from the Other World and he was able to start over again from the beginning, when he met Nagisa.

Not much is explained after that, but I HOPE that the second time around Nagisa and Ushio don't get sick and die. That would defeat the purpose of the wish sad
