(This RP was in the other guild originally, but I'm moving all the entries from the old one here so we can continue it. smile )
Well, to celebrate the new guild, and to bring life to it in hopes of reaching the same calibur as the old guild someday, I decided to start an OC BoyLove RP.
(*~*In Celebration*~*)
The world they live in is simple, a version of Kyoto, Japan, where any manner of creature is allowed, (be it human boy, elf boy, cat boy, vampire boy etc) We could go to the same school together, or work together at jobs, etc.
Please feel free to make as many characters as you want (And they all don't have to be gay boys. Other types of characters are allowed as well.)
Please be very nice to eachother and reply to the role play often! I don't think it's quite nessacary to fill out some silly form, but please describe your character in your RP posts! ^^That way you can keep your characters mysterious if you like.
(Oh, and please do keep it PG-13. Lovemake all you want...as long as it's either slightly implied or taken to PM....XD)

Ok, Setting!
This can be any sort of RP you'd like. If you want to throw some magic in it, you can. I'm simply going to establish a setting for everyone to meet, and let the RP flow however which way. ^^

Setting:
Outdoor market in a beautiful park in Kyoto. Not only are there booths and small shops with lots of different items, there's a man telling stories to small children, and a few performers running around. It's a cool, overcast day.

Jei walked down the path, pulling his tan hat down over his neko ears, trying to to go unnoticed. As for his tail, his shirt covered most of his butt, so he hoped people would think it was just sewn onto his dark purple pants onto which he had sewn bright pink, slightly retarded stars. His shirt was baggy, but still managed to show off his nice form and narrow hips. In his hand was a couple of shopping bags of previous purchased.
His bright violet eyes were caught by the children gathering around a storyteller. The sight brought to him through a train of thoughts, and was soon spacing off in their general direction.

Lex leaned over the stall, peering down at the numerous car parts on display. This was the first time he had come to this marketplace, and he mentally kicked himself for having missed it before. Compared to this place, the wholesaler he usually bought his parts from was a ripoff.
"That'll be 6 dollars please," the stall owner said, then stopped Lex as he reached for his wallet. "Tell you what," he grinned, "if you can win me over in a haggle I'll give them to you for a lower price, plus I'll throw you in some extra parts free." Lex blushed slightly and looked up, his confidence already failing him.
"Well, I...I'm really n-not that great at haggling...eheh..I'll just take them at the price they're at..." Not wanting to be in the spotlight anymore, he quickly thrust the money into the stall owner's hands before he could protest and walked away with the bag stuffed full of different parts, before looking around.
All around him, Lex could see children running around and playing, and couples strolling together under the cool shade of the trees. In the distance he could see a group of children gathered around an old storyteller, their eyes wide with awe as the listened to his tales. Lex smiled, listening to the words as the carried on the breeze to his ears, and brushed his long dark hair out of his face. Casually he reached down and pulled his lucky spanner from out of his pocket, spinning it expertly around his fingers and occasionally throwing it into the air like a juggler as he sat down on the cool grass and glanced around, enjoying the atmosphere of the park. A small group of children watched from a distance and he smiled to himself, pulling another brand new spanner from his shopping bag and juggling the two around, throwing them high into the air and twisting them about himself like a circus performer.

One of Jei's neko ears twitched and he blushed darkly, pulling his hat down further. He wasn't quite sure why he was so embarrassed of his ears, it isn't like there weren't any other unusual people there.
Intrigued as to what the sound he had heard was he peers over in the general direction. The light hitting off the wrench with his acute senses brought his attention to the exact spot immediately. He blinks cutely and curiously at the sight.
A man juggling wrenches? Bizzare...
Not meaning to, he found himself watching the odd man play with the tools.

Smiling slightly, Lex juggled the spanners higher still, now totally getting into his routine. Normally he would be too shy to perform such tricks in public, but here he felt totally at ease, and was too engrossed in his actions to really notice the crowd that he'd drawn. After a little over a minute he caught both tools and quickly put them back into the bag, abruptly ending the routine, and blushed slightly as he finally became totally aware of the crowd around him. Once everyone else had gone back to their own business, Lex sat back and stretched his legs out on the grass, closing his eyes as he listened to the chattering around him.
Letting his mind wander, Lex found his thoughts trailing back to one particular member of the crowd who had managed to get his attention through the deep concentration on his routine earlier. Thinking back, he tried to recall the face of the boy, and for a few moments found his memory replaying images of the figure in the tan hat with the fascinating tail-like fixture attached to his jeans, then he dozed off, lulled into an almost meditative state by the cool grass and chatter of the birds in the distance.

Not far from Lex, an noisy commotion had started up. A nice, firm bodied guy around the age of 19 was shaking his fist at a vendor, angrily yelling at him. Apparently, he thought the man had ripped him off for some reason or another. The man at the vender calmly took the threats from the light-haired, spaztic guy and waited for him to calm down so he could explain the simple misunderstanding. However, Terry was a long way from cooling down, and soon had the attention of pretty much everyone around him. This he, of course, failed to notice at all.

Noah was bored. Extremely bored, to say the least. The market wasn't nearly as entertaining as it usually was for some reason, and while the little display of the man with the wrenches had amused him briefly it seemed he was no longer interested in showing off his talents. In fact, it appeared that he was quite content to melt right back into the crowd.
Noah mused that someone who did something so obviously conspicuous while trying to remain inconspicuous was either subconsciously seeking attention, or very unaware of their surroundings. He concluded that it was the latter, as the man with the wrenches had just stretched out in public and appeared to be dozing carelessly, which took an extreme lack of awareness to do.
Without a second thought, Noah made his way to the man's side and dropped to a crouch before beginning to look curiously through his bag of purchased items.
(For anyone who's interested, this is rougly what Noah look like. He doesn't have a shirt on, but his clothes usually aren't the best quality. He err.....'inherits' most of his clothing from others.

Lex was jolted back to reality with the sound of rustling and clinking coming from beside him. Not wanting to open his eyes yet, he lay still, listening curiously to the noise that seemed to come from the general direction of where his bag was placed.
As the realization of what was going on hit home, Lex quickly decided not to feign sleep any longer, and his eyes snapped open as he leapt up from a lying position, pivoting on one arm until he was crouching face to face with Noah.
"Can I help you?" he asked in what he hoped was a confident voice, pulling the bag sharply away from Noah and towards himself. Keeping an eye on the newcomer, he quickly rummaged through his bag, inwardly sighing with relief as he found his lucky spanner and shoved it in the belt of his jeans. Sitting back, he studied that other man's clothes momentarily, before raising an eyebrow.
"You know," he began, a slight smirk beginning to form on his lips, "that shirt looks an awful lot like my cousin's shirt that went missing a while back."
(Sorry, after reading Noah's description I couldn't resist adding that last part! sweatdrop )

Kao was running through the marketplace in a bit of a panic by now.He'd been seperated from his parents and he wasn't sure what part of the market he was in just now.He continued to shout loudly and most people would have thought he ad been calling out to one person until they saw what happened."Daaaaad, Daaaddyyyyy!Where'd you guys go?" he yelled and as he tried to squeeze between two men who were looking at some fruits on someone's cart he realized who they were.He'd found his parents at last."Dad!Daddy!" he yelled as he hugged the men around their waists, one after the other."Where've you been Kai?You dissappeared a few minutes ago and you were right behind us." his dad asked him."I looked at one of the carts that was selling cooked food and when I turned around you were gone.I lost you in the crowd." he told his dad as his daddy picked him up and gave him a hug."Aww, Daddy cut it out."Alright fine, I'll just leave and not come back if you're going to be that way about it." Kai just hugged his Daddy around his waist as his way of saying "I still love you though."His ears twitched somewhat, they were itching, like something was on them.He heard something and realized they were being watched."What's you're problem buddy!?" he yelled as he turned around and pointed at the man who had been watching them."I love my Dad and my Daddy.I you've got a problemw ith it, that's too bad cuz there's nothin you can do about it!" he yelled and his Dad and Daddy took one of his hands each and they left the cart they were at.Heading for a cart where they could get lunch.

Noah's eyes followed Lex as he promptly got up and proceeded to wander away with the excuse of being hungry. He pondered momentarily in confusion, looking from Lex's bag to its owner then back to the bag again. Try as he might, he couldn't figure out what it was that the man was up to.
Finally, with a frustrated growl, Noah got to his feet and stumbled forward a few steps before breaking into a short jog, only to skid to a halt in front of Lex several paces later. 'If you expect me to sit there and be your guard dog then you're barking up the wrong tree.' He frowned at Lex before adding belatedly, 'No pun intended.'

"I didn't expect you to do anything. I just can't sort out money and pay, and then eat the food while holding a bag full of car parts." Lex shrugged and sidestepped Noah, making his way in front of the hotdog stand. Once there he paused, allowing himself a few seconds to consider Noah further. He was still unsure what to make of him, but knew that he felt comfortable enough to be himself around Noah without feeling self-conscious, and so instead of trying to work Noah out he took everything in his stride, just accepting it for what he saw.
Bringing himself back to reality, Lex bought two hotdogs from the stand, handing one to Noah before pausing again, realising that there was something he'd forgotten all this time.
"So what's your name anyway?" he asked, feeling suddenly self-conscious for not having asked earlier.

Noah looked skeptically at the hot dog and frowned before asking, 'Is it a habit of yours to make friend with strangers that turn up out of the blue, or are you just so captivated by me that you can't resist?' The frown turned into a smug grin, then to a quizzical expression as he mused out loud. 'Anyone else would've certainly taken a swing at me right from the start, so maybe you're just painfully timid.'
It bothered Noah that Lex seemed so hard to get a reaction out of. He seemed rather unruffled by the overall experience, which was beginning to annoy him. There was nothing that frustrated Noah more than a person who refused to pay attention to him and his antics, so when it happened he sometimes found it necessary to prod them into action with some less-than-normal behavior.

Lex froze, hearing Noah's comment, then opened his mouth to speak, shutting it quickly when no words would come. That last comment had thrown him off, and suddenly he found himself quickly losing his composure. Lowering his face hopefully mask his embarrassment, he shook his head quickly.
"No, I...I mean...it's not that...I mean...I'm not gay!!!" he exclaimed, slightly flustered with embarrassment. Quickly he took a bite out of his hotdog while walking back to his belongings, using the food as an excuse to avoid conversation for the time being.

Noah stared after Lex for a moment, stunned. He certainly hadn't meant to imply that Lex was gay, in fact it was the last thing on his mind. Noah usually had a way with people and he knew it, too. That was all.
He took a step after Lex then stopped, deciding to refrain from following him for a moment. While his actions had certainly trigged a reaction from Lex, is wasn't exactly the kind Noah had hoped for. He almost felt guilty for messing with the guy, which was something Noah disliked even more than being denied attention.

Personality: Mr. Sarcastic but not mean to everyone. Can be somewhat decent
Appearance: Blood red hair that is messed about his head, unruly and glimmering with sheen. You wouldn't be able to tell however, being it is all under his baseball cap, of course supporting a football team, go figure, called the steelers. His eyes glimmered with a dim midnight glow, giving them the appearance to look almost black. He sported a white crew neck tee and navy jeans that went down over his black sneakers. Freckles dotted his skin upon the bridge of his nose upon his pale skin.
Pref: He doesn't really have a taste for romance, but if he did, it'd be gay. He hates women)
Ren was walking aimlessly, not really paying attention to where he was going. He didn't realize he was in fact running straight into a man much taller than himself, he only being about 5'8", until he finally crashed into him. He spluttered as long brown hair went into his eyes and stumbled back. Luckily he didn't loose his footing, but he emitted a small, almost feminine cough as he once again stood erect. "Sorry," he said, his voice quiet yet sharp, able to be heard without the need of much volume, "I wasn't exactly watching where I was going," he said, a bit embarrassed.(I think you guys can guess who it is ^^)

Lex stumbled forwards suddenly, as something collided with him suddenly. Straightening back up, he turned around quickly, head canted slightly in curiosity as his gaze fell upon the young man who now stood behind him.
"Don't worry about it," he said in reply to Ren's earlier statement, smiling reassuringly. Suddenly his eyes showed mild concern as he looked down at the newcomer. "Are you okay though?"
As he finished the sentence, Lex glanced up, seeing Noah hanging back. He felt his stomach sink slightly as he began to worry that his outburst earlier had offended Noah in some way, and he knew that there was no reason for it, although admittedly such denials were hard habits to break. Ever since he was very young his parents had always told him that any way other than straight was wrong, and so he had convinced himself over the years that he had no interest in men, although since he moved out he was slowly starting to question that belief.
Bringing his thoughts back to the present in a split second, Noah looked back down at the newcomer, awaiting an answer.

"No it should be me asking you that," he said, shaking his head. "I'm the one that ran into you after all not the other way around you shouldn't take the blame." he quirked one eyebrow perfectly and let out a smirk. He moved his cap a bit and looked back up at him. "Well if we're both alright, then I apologize again and I will let you on your...oh my god is that a hot dog?" he said, looking at the hot dog in awe. "I went to the hotdog stand and they wouldn't give me a hot dog! Said something about supporting the steelers. I mean honestly, who denies someone a bloody hot dog because of a football team," he complained a bit. Not whiny, just exasperated. His stomach grumbled.
He emitted a small chuckle "I guess my stomach is in need of a hot dog too..." he sighed, looking back at the hot dog stand who was looking at him, giving him a rather rude hand gesture. "Wow...now that's an obsession," he remarked to himself. He shook his head "Oh sorry I'm still in your way," he said to Lex, letting out a small laugh in embarrassment. He moved out of the way of wherever Lex was going and looked about the area. He held his stomach in hunger "Shut up you stupid stomach," he chided it.

Noah narrowed his eyes at the newcomer, unable to help eavesdropping on their conversation. He quickly moved between the two and briefly looked Ren up and down, his manner bordering on condescending.
After a moment's consideration Noah held out the hot dog Lex had purchased for him and said, 'I'll give you mine for a buck.' The temptation to add 'And if it keeps you quiet' was nearly overwhelming, but Noah resisted. He glanced towards Lex, wondering if he would be offended and hoping not. If he was, oh well, he would just offer him the dollar. Although, upon consideration, Noah realized that it was highly unlikely that a dollar would compensate for any damage done to Lex's feelings, especially considering how sensitive he seemed to be.

"Erm..." he looked at the hotdog, then at his pocket. He had already been feeling very uncomfortable around this man, being that he was scanning him up and down like a watch dog. He suddenly felt very much like a criminal and unnoticably shrunk back a bit from him. "Uh no, you...you keep your hot dog, I'll survive," he assured him weakly. He swallowed and turned around, walking away now having complete realization in the fact that he really wasn't wanted there, just by how the other man looked at him so close and carefully. He found a bench after passing quite a few of them that seemed good enough to sit on, more a less it was empty, and sat upon it. He went into his back pocket and pulled out his wallet. He looked inside it, oh good there were a few bucks in there. Maybe he could get a new hat so he could get the blasted hotdog without having people scan you like your a specimen of gorilla like the other man did.

"Hey, wait!" Lex looked sadly over at the other boy, feeling bad for him. He sighed, turning to Noah.
"I wonder why he wouldn't take it," he asked, shaking his head. "Maybe he doesn't have that much money. I'd better go help him." Lex jogged quickly back to the hotdog vendor and bought a hotdog, shouting out "Steelers rule!!" to the now fuming vendor as he walked up to where Ren sat on a bench.
"Seriously, have this one," he offered, handing the hotdog to Ren. "It's okay, there's nothing wrong with just being given stuff." With a smile, he turned and walked back to Noah, a smirk still on his face as he approached the other man.
"Charging for a hotdog?" he laughed, sitting back down by his belongings. "That was a bit ruthless, don't you think?"
