IT'S TIME TO RAMBLE. YES. ABOUT ME.

ohai thar journal - pooh ~ c; i didnt see you there <333 so basically,
im really fat and need to lose some weight. i went through a "skinny" stage before,
but ive reverted back to my old ways. i really need to lose weight for many reasons,
some which i will list in another post to keep myself motivated. hopefully, this will
be fun instead of torturous...if im lucky. please feel free to post any tips, fun facts,
or words of encouragement. seriously, it's most welcome! C: okay: START!

height:
- five foot, one inch

starting weight:
- 146 pounds

goal weight:
- 110 pounds

weight to lose:
- 36 pounds

bmi:
- 27.6 this puts me in the overweight category; almost obese! whatttt...

TELL ME WHY.

here are a few simple reasons i want to lose weight

karate:
- really, let's face it. every since youve gained back weight your karate has
been sucking. if you lost more weight you would be more agile and would
be able to have more endurance.

self esteem:
- you are seriously unhappy with yourself. its mostly because of your image
actually. WELL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. this can definitely raise your
self esteem and possibly make you a bit happier with yourself.

attractiveness:
- nobody wants to date a gross fat slob. end of story.

feel better:
- physically, youll feel more energetic and want to be more active the skinnier
you are! seriously.

MINI GOALS.

it might be faster if i set mini goals right?

mini goal one:
- feb. 18 to feb. 23, lose five pounds

DAYONE.

okay, okay. day one was actually yesterday. but let's not think about
yesterday because i ate so horribly. today is the forreal start day! even though
i didn't do well today either...

weight:
- idek, i didnt have time to weigh myself

breakfast:
- chips ahoy&reeces cookies x 2
- coffee

lunch:
- pasta with fake meatballs
- gatorade

dinner:
- veggie subway sub
- cheese potato chips
- raspberry iced tea

exercise:
- none, other than walking some at work and then grocery shopping with
the boyfriend. nothing significant though.
