♥ Oh it most certainly is. It's nice to wake up in the morning refreshed and relaxed, instead of the stressing state I am usually in.
I think they do, they just choose not to use it. My mother always told me "if you don't use it, you'll lose it." So I always use mine.
But it’s many factors; some people don't think/care about how others view them, since they are on the internet, but that can come back to bite them.

Haha yeah I am constantly stressed too, its awful. sad And that is very true about your brain! That's why it's good to keep your brain active! smile And omg, it's sooo important to have a good internet reputation, I wish more people knew that.

It is, which is probably why I can never relax, my brain is always on the go organising financial things, planning upcoming events and just thinking, thinking and thinking about everything!
Oh I know, I mean posting your full name and picture on a children's website advertising for inappropriate crap is going to bite you on the bum when you go for a job interview. gonk
