What do you girls do, to get out of a not so good mood or when your feeling a bit sad?

I'd say that the first best thing to do is talk about what's getting you down.
We often feel a lot better once we've spoken to someone and let it all out.

Other than that, shopping, chocolate, exercise.

When I'm feeling sad I like to relax and listen to my favorite music and possibly eat a favorite food if I can. That seems to cheer me up a little bit. On a social aspect, if there is someone that will listen to your problems without giving negative feedback - that helps a lot. I am always willing to listen if anyone needs a listening ear - my PM box is always open smile I know how hard it can be to find a truly good listening ear these days.

Usually with me, when I get sad - I get sad to the point of I am going to be sad because I can't even think about feeling happy. It's a bad habit, or just goes to prove that I have a lot of deeper issues to deal with in life and in my mind. So when I'm that upset - I need someone who can make me laugh so that I can shrug it off and move on. Laughter is usually the best medicine for my sadness - although, I can withhold laughing at stuff I normally laugh at so I need someone who is really random to make me laugh.

Seriously though, I have my methods, but detailing those methods would expose my fujoshi interests and that isn't a conversation for the faint of heart or the under 18 crowd. heart

*thinks of a neatly wrapped package that would give a subtle look at some of those interests together*

AMVs usually do it for me.
