It seems that the adorable Memphis the Mermaid
wants to get in the Halloween spirit, too!
But, she needs a costume.
So, she wants you (yes, you!) to design her a Halloween costume!
She's not very picky about what her costume is, though, so you have full artistic freedom!


She'd like you to use the tektek base below.
You can change her outfit to anything you desire.
You can even change her hair style!
(But her eyes and tail have to stay blue. Those are the only things she's squeamish about changing. o n o" )

and even constructed a wig from the sacred Snow White Kelp!
Memphis really out-did herself this time
with a complete transformation!"
