I really love the gyaru clothing style, but I have a problem with the size, they're always too small for me! It's not that I'm fat, the size just don't fit. Since my size is mostly S / M. So I was wondering if you guys have some good web shops that doesn't need a credit card to pay with and ships world wide.

I'm afraid the best bit of advice I can give is to try Ebay. The reason is that I've found a lot of people are willing to make clothing in custom sizes and ship it worldwide, not to mention that Ebay of course uses PayPal. Seems the site would be able to address all your problems, but if not, sorry I can't be more helpful. XD
