On my leadership as a guild leader I been leading my IronCastle for 3 years in a row. My friends say I treated them better than guys who lead a guild and that I was very friendly with aiding my members with their quest and missions smile
All of them said I been a truly the most loving leader to them.
Is this true we girls can be better guild leaders than guys? smile
