When I'm on my period I lose all self confidence. emotion_facepalm

For the first day I usually just lay in bed and die because I have horrible cramps, but after that I'm pretty much normal haha

I don't eat. Literally, I'll have a little bit of dinner when my cramps are less painful but other then that they hurt too bad for me to even think about putting food in my stomach.
As for mood swings I'm depressed and overwhelmed the day before I start and for the first couple days then my emotions go back to normal.

Are we talking on or off hormonal contraceptives? Because whether I'm human or not depends a lot on hormones.

Off the Pill... no. You don't want me off the Pill. EVER. My mood swings are horrible, and I've been known to go from suicidally depressed to homicidally aggressive over the course of a single day. EVERYTHING gets to me, and I literally cry over spilled milk (or cereal, or a dropped piece of fruit... you get the idea).

On the Pill, all I get are cravings for salty and greasy foods. I keep a stash of unsalted potato chips and a spice jar of bacon salt to sprinkle them with, and make sure I have diet cola handy to wash them down with... also, there's a spike in brownie-baking that time of the month... but I'm still human.

My mood and mood swings really get out of hand; I would have emotional seizures, mental/nervous breakdowns in school and my depression or anger or happiness would go into serious overdrive....
A few weeks ago, right in the middle of class I had this hyperventilation through laughing and everyone thought something was wrong with me.

I don't get any cramps at all...no mood swings or cravings either.

But my period is just so HEAVY I have to worry about leaking the most! >.<

I hardly ever get cramps, but little things that normally don't bother me just piss me off. That's just about the only difference.

I suffer from PMDD so my symptoms start a week early.
I tend to use this as a warning sign that my period is about to start.

2 weeks out of the month I'm usually an anti-social emotional mess that likes to binge eat. n_n;

oh my goodness, where do I begin.
I'm suddenly that infamous drama queen and I get major mood swings. one moment I'm all happy and sunny, next I'm angry and irritable, then another moment I'm sad.
I will crave french fries and ice cream LIKE CRAZY! well, I always crave ice cream, so scratch that out.
Thank God I don't get major cramps.

I don't get cramps, but I feel like all my internal organs want to escape my body through my vag.
Mood-wise, I'm about the same. I am always a grouch so people have learned to not rely on my emotions to figure out whether or not I'm on my period.

I turn into a five legged she-monster that ravages the fridge mercilessly for sweet sweet peanut butter then sleep 6 out of the 7 days for 12 hours straight each night.

Possibly the ONLY time I get sleep. lol

When I'm on my period, I eat everything in Wal-mart. I demolish Taco Bell (<3).
Then I go home and get depressed, and drown myself in self pity. everyday... for 10 days. o.e

First day I'm dying..I just roll around scream in bed..also throw up
then my cramps go away for the rest of it...then i randomly stop bleeding and start up again with in a hour I am done with my period (4days)
i never eat while on my period..
