Status: No Healing! ((OOC note: This is pre-meta ICly))
The last time Pepin had gone to the Haunted House it was an accident. This time however, something encouraged the glitch ghoul to return on purpose in the so sure-of-herself-hopes that the fun ghoul she'd met was there again. Her lips were quite tasty and her dances were intoxicating. And her name? Sweet beautiful Clerise. The two syllables were like sirens' songs.
And yet as much as she was informed about this house through Seeds, Pepin could not get it through her head that going there was typically asking for a dissipation by a hunters weapon hungry for FEAR.
"Oh miss Cler-ise-ise-ise-ise?" Pepin's voice shuddered upon reaching the house's front lawn. No sign of the ginger. "Come on its okay I want to play with you again I had so much fun-" she cooed raspily and gently placed her hand on the dusty knob outside. It called for her, the electricity of excitement shot through her fingertips and she made little hesitation to open it. Rooms shifted, conducted by some outside force. The room around her changed and opened up into an endless hall of scarecade machines... only half the games were unrecognizable to her.
"Puuh... pack man? What is.." she snorted to herself hand on her hips. The box looked a lot like the tall dark and handsome ghostman scarecade machine she took home from scarentines, but instead the ghost was chasing the yellow chomping monster.
Fascinated by these foreign titles she floated over their surfaces the lights and sounds hypnotizing her and keeping her from leaving. No reason to be suspicious of this place, right? Maybe Clerise would even show up!

Otto would be in heaven, were this real life. An arcade all to himself? What teenage boy wouldn't be happy? However, this was the Haunted House. It was not a game, and e was on the clock, so to speak. Still, it was rather distracting from keeping an eye out for Halloween trespassers. Speaking of, he thought he saw one now.
Otto narrowed his eyes. Was she making googoo eyes at one of the games? Well, this one looked less of a challenge than the last girl he'd ran into. That one nearly took a bite out of him.
"Yo!" Otto called out, smirking. Finally, something to get his mind off gaming. "Wanna play?"

Pepin lurched up in excitement at the sound of someone addressing her but grew flustered when it wasn't who she was expecting. He dressed a little like Clerise with the coat and all but... still not the real deal.
"Oh sorry I'm just waiting on Cleriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii-" her voice began to grind out like a broken skelevision until it popped back into place. "-ise, but you can play with some of these machines right?" she asked in sort of a dismissive manner.
The boil looked rather young compared to her last hunter encounter. The urgency of his presence still did not faze her as this was what Seeds had declared to be THEIR haunted house. As far as she knew, he was just visiting her.

((So much for getting first hit. xD Damn I cant wait to upgrade these dice!))
And just as easily as she had tried to dismiss him, Pepin started to float away from the hunter looking for a scarecade machine that she actually knew how to hack play.
Settling on one she giggled and reached her hand into the coin slot and gave herself an infinite amount of plays to start with. Of course it wouldn't have really taken any hacking as the machines were all projections of a non-reality. They didn't work the same and the glitch had paid no notice. She would soon be 'paying' for her insubordination.

Did... that glitchy b***h really just blow him off? Otto had to stand and stare dumbfounded for a second or two. Well, she could try and ignore him, but he wouldn't make it easy. He was here to eliminate Halloween creatures, and he intended to do his damn job.
The hunter summoned his six foot boomerang and threw it toward the girl, destroying machines along the way, and only nicking the girl before it returned to him.
"Oops~." He mocked.

Before Pepin could even begin the first round, the hunters weapon came searing through the machines and blasting her with smoke and sparks.
"ghhaayaaah-" Pepin winced as it caught her skin.
Quickly she whipped around and furrowed her brows. "wh... Why are you breaking all of them??" she asked accusingly. "You could play one too there's a bunch of them r-r-r-riiiiiiight" Once more her vocal chords skipped repeatedly.
She didnt appear too livid really but as a result of the game hacking, Pepin felt some of her data tugging in the direction of the machines debris and as she stumbled forwards she found the screen of the game flickered, gasping for its last breath if you will.
"Clerise wouldnt have done that I don't think.. You must not be friends with her.." Pepin then narrowed her eyes. "You probably hit her with that thing too!" she scoffed and pushed herself up after the screen gave out and picked up a chunk of metal that had been holding it together then hurled it at Otto after floating over with her form cutting out into binary.

Woah!
Otto winced as the chunk of metal cut across his skin. What if that had flown into his eye? Then again this was a fight. Hell, he'd fight dirty any chance he got. He was aiming to eliminate this ghoul, though he got the feeling the glitch didn't quite understand that part at all.
"Clarice?" His mind immediately went to the blonde Life hunter assistant instead of the red headed trainee. "Why? You think you two are buddies?" He mocked with a crooked grin.
Since Pepin was on her way over, Otto had to make sure she stayed far away. He preferred Mid to Long range battle, after all. He reeled his arm back and threw Tenya forward at the ghoul again.

So he DID know Clerise! "Yes yes we played last time I was here and we had a kiss and it was a lot of fun~" the ghoul giggled upon the fond memory but then realized once more that the boil had to have been part of the reason she wasn't here this time.
"You BETTER not have done anything to her-" she narrowed her eyes and prepared to attack hi again when suddenly the enormous boomerang came flying her way.
Smacking Pepin back and into the floor, the ghoul whined as she pushed herself back up. Never really one for fighting so violently, Pepin didn't like the way tha Otto played with her. It wasnt fun like it was with the other ghoul.. But she didn't understand why. If anything this guy really reminded her of..
Wait a minute...
This kind of extremity was kind of what Seeds and Halloweeners would describe only capable by hunters. Was he really that kind of hunter? But what about Clerise? Surely to Jack this guy didn't have any of those horrible netting guns on hand. When Pepin got back up to hit the guy she was hesitant. Would fleeing be a better option seeing as she wasn't prepared to face this boil? Her indecision would leave her vulnerable, flickering like an old skelevision set.

Kiss...? Clarice kissed a...
You know what? Otto didn't want to know. Hey if it was a girl on girl kiss he'd be thumbs up. But a girl and a... creature? Just ew. Just damn, that almost could have been hot!
The small blonde smirked as she seemed to get pissy. Oh? Did she think he did something? Hey, he had no problem playing the villain card. "Hm? What?" He said with a grin. "So what if I did? What ya gonna do about it?" He egged her on, jabbing at her from a distance with the end of his boomerang.

Pepin huffed. For once in a long time she felt like she was getting bullied. Boils were always sort of mean in her eyes but this guy was just honey badger nasty.
The ghoul coughed as she was jabbed with the boomerang, keeling forwards and wheezing until she caught her breath again. She had to get away from this guy but his weapon could catch her from anywhere right? Quickly the glitch looked up and around- perhaps the room had some sort of rafters?
Pushing up into the air and levitating for a minute she made a desperate attempt to get herself some height on the guy. Swinging a leg or two she tried to kick his little knobby head but it was to o avail.

It had been a while since Otto could tease someone like this. This chick was totally helpless. He tilted his head away from each wimpy kick, reeling his arm back and knocking her out of the air with one swing of his weapon.
Pathetic.

Pepin winced once more as the boil teased her. Even now with as confident of a ghoul as she was Pepin was growing increasingly aware of her figure of all things and was beginning to form pixeled tears in the corners of her eyes. Frantically she tried to grab a scarecade machine as the boomerang sent her spiraling back to the ground.
"c... Clerise... " she whimpered with static in her voice. "...imp ghoul... Mitsu.. Someone.." she panted under her breath helplessly. Nobody would be answering her calls. She was on her own. Even her FEAR was too weak to accomplish anything in attacking the boil, unlike her dance with Clerise. She was going down fast, resorting to scampering under the machines and giving away her position as they lit up in response to her corrupted data.

Otto grinned like a madman. She was crying for help, scampering under machines. Like a trapped rodent. The bully in Otto was itching to be free and so help him he was free.
The hunter calmly walked around to where Pepin was soon to pop up, his boomerang held up high.
"Dead end, girly." He grinned, striking the girl down with a swift thwack.

Now it was a sad sad day when a Halloween creature (though admittedly once human) was scared shitless of a human. But as Otto came around that corner and hulk smashed his weapon into her skull, Pepin froze like a deer in headlights.
So loud was the crash into her head that the sound added to her scream of agony. Anything that was spoken from then out was entirely binary, she was broken... On her last hinges. At one moment in time she was ready to give up, but not without a final attempt to grab the boil by the leg. Her vision was so dizzy that instead she just anchored herself to the leg of a scarecade machine, blurry vision censoring the psychotic hunter ready to make the final blow.
It was like.. She could feel it again.
Something reminiscent to the sweet release of...
Pepin sniffled as she hung on. She.. Really did forget she would return to amity surely. Something, she didn't know what, had her still afraid that this was the last thing shed ever hear and see...

It was oddly satisfying, watching this girl die by his hands. Wouldn't a normal person see these feelings as sociopathic? Otto reasoned he was doing the world a service by clearing out the infestation. Still, she wasn't fully gone yet, and she kept making weird noises, like she was trying to speak.
Should he leave her there? Let the house kill her off? But weren't his orders just to eliminate threats? Leaving her here would be no good..
Otto slammed his weapon down once more until she was good and gone.
Mission Accomplished.
