my philosophy on garlic knots is the harder it is to breathe with the take out box in your hand, the better.

my mom's fiancee is a local Italian joint chef (at several places) and he makes the best god damn garlic knots in the whole world.

we could smell him from down the street when he'd come home from work with a batch.
