The Forest~-~Accepting!!!

You have always lived in Blue town, and you have always known as the forest bordering the town simply as 'The Forest'.

Blue Town is a neat little place, with everything of import (other than The Forest) in the center of town, otherwise known as The Square, or Town Square. The houses, apartments, and the occasional small time shop or restaurant circle around Town Square.

The Forest seems to curve around half the town, almost like it's gathering Blue Town up in its arms. The Forest has been deemed dangerous by the adults, creepy and boring by the older kids, and absolutely terrifying by the youngest. No matter their supposed opinions, The Forest scares all, or at the very least makes you want to avoid it at all costs.

The Forest is rumored to be haunted. It is also rumored to be holding fairies and their homes, and some even say it is a portal demons come in through. Kids play games on the very edge of the forest, rarely going in past the tree line. Whenever that does occur, however, most everybody comes back almost immediately. Or they don't come back at all.

Now, this may be a small town, but that doesn't mean you know everybody. This year at school they have started a new program called Frends. Frends puts random kids into groups where they have to socialize and do stupid projects together and stuff(its a school thing, so that makes it lame... Plus you kinda weren't paying attention during the announcement)... You may know a few kids here, or you may know them all, but the point is, you all get to talking. About The Forest.

Do you guy's decide to enter it and explore? If so, what do you find once you get there? A new land, a portal, a forest?

Age: 15
Power: Can change inanimate objects color, and has perfect night vision that spreads to those she touches (only while she's touching them), including her camera...
Secret: The secret of Pony... Pony is some other species (hence the antennae on his head) and he has interesting powers like force-field and teleportation.
Bio: Willow has lived a fairly ordinary life, with an average family and life-style. The only interesting things in her life are Pony, The Forest, and her photography... and that boy she has a crush on at school. (<---- some one may play him if they want)

Other: Pony is her cat, and she's had him for years... wwhen she first got him, she was obsessed with pony's, and well...

Power: She can alter and change other people's emotions. She's realized what she's doing to some extent, but inst sure. She can turn invisible, and other objects if their close enough (her clothes turn invisible, and if your hugging her you could be invisible to)
Secret: Her powers.
Bio: About the same as Willow, though she could care less about cameras and cats. Music is where its all at.

Other:Is Chelsea's sister; Amelia is also rarely seen without her headphones, and has a love for weird t-shirts. Plus, she isn't a bad dancer.

Name: Daniel Morten (Danny)
Age: 15
Power: His voice is like, hypnotizing. You just want to listen and...obey. He can control and conjure fire, and speak to it. Its like the language of the demons. (He's not super good at his one though...)
Secret: He's part demon. Ssshhh
Bio: His family sucks. His dad ran out, his mom is with a new guy every other night, and Danny see's it as his job to look after her. Sometimes he hangs around The Forest when there's nothing better to do.

Other: He's really impulsive, usually acting without thinking. He knows a lot of people, but isn't close to a single one of them. He's kinda a loner.

Age: 14 (and a half)
Power: She can draw small amounts of energy from things around her and create a small ball of light. It can light up dark places, range of seven feet, and burn through a few metals and rocks. She can also understand cats.
Secret: She's a neko.
Bio: She was abandoned at birth at an orphanage, and adopted by a kind family at age 9.

Other: She's teased because of her last name. Does she care? No. But it does get annoying after a while.

Power: Can control, go into, and eat dreams. Hes a baku.
Secret: His abilities. Who's that robed figure that visits your dreams, making them dark? Shhhhh.....
Bio: Long story short, he lives on his own now.
Appearance:

Other: Very cold and brutally honest. He has good intentions most of the time, but you gotta look for it. Also, cant eat human food or he'll vomit.

Age: 14
Power: Anything liquid, she can work with.
Secret: Her abilities. Why? Because people are made up of between 45 to 75 percent water.... A little swirling a pressure and- Look, lets not talk about that.

Other: Is pretty much a hippi. Fun, outgoing....just without the sex and drugs.

Name: Sarifa (Valafar) Mictian
Age: 13
Power: She can control and manipulate shadows to her will (mostly as transportation though and only to and from short distances), though it takes quite a bit of energy. She can also shape small amounts of blood into shapes or on paper (though only her own and just like the size of a butterfly) but it takes a lot of concentration.
Secret: She still keeps a teddy bear in her backpack. (lame but it was a gift from her "big brother"). She also Hates having her picture taken, so don't have a camera around her. When she's thinking she plays with a red satin rope to keep her hands busy.
Bio: Her real mother died while giving birth to her. Being raised by a father of not so much wealth, they still lived happily. Secretly though, her father hated her and she knew it. Things turned worse when her father started getting into debt around the same time but you'd have to ask her about that if you want to know the reason to her hate for having pictures taken of her. She was then taken from her father and adopted by the Mictian family here in Blue Town, she's been here ever since with her last name changed, safe. And she's never far from Keithen's side.
Appearance:

Other: Sarifa's a reader and collector of shiny things and cute outfits. She may look cute, small and innocent until you get her mad then she'll turn evil and mischievous. Cold and silent when you first meet her. When bored she pulls pranks on people (it doesn't matter who or what you are). But it really depends on her mood and how you treat her. Because she can either be shy, quiet and distant or she can be child-like, sweet, and random. But she is always weird, honest, and a little perverted. Hidden behind that 4' 10 3/4" innocent facade though, Sarifa is actually pretty dark and some of her thoughts can be pretty scary when she thinks of blood. It's never far from her mind. When she reads, she is usually at the edge of the forest.

Name: Keithen Mictian
Age: 15
Power: He can stop his aging and that of those that stay close to him. He also has sensitive hearing (but it sucks sometimes because you can hear what you don't want to at times).
Secret: He is a little possessive of his cousin only because he cares. His powers of course are a secret as well.
Bio: Keithen has lived in Blue Town for a while. He is Sarifa's biological cousin but her big brother by adoption. They were once a family of 4 but their parents passed away on a business trip and now they live in a two bedroom apartment alone. He has lived with Sarifa ever since she became a part of his family, not wanting to lose her as well. He sometimes acts like a big brother to her rather than a cousin and they are comfortable with that. They don't look alike and usually get whispered about at school as being more than family and that doesn't bother him or his cousin. Because it's not true.
Appearance:

Other: He seems silent, rough around the edges when it comes to people, but kind. He's a sweet guy once you get to know him, if not a little odd but usually he'll shy away from others. Sometimes overprotective and very serious, even with the ones he cares about. He's only felt comfortable around his cousin and fellow readers that come to the bookstore he works at. At school, he's usually alone or in the library. He's never without a book and he is Very protective of Sarifa and doesn't like her by the forest. And yes, he likes dark and unusual clothing and stands at 5'10".

Name: Tivona Alcee
Age: 14
Power: Earth's Song - When she sings, she seems to be able to communicate and understand the earth. It will respond by the plants growing bending to her will to an extent. Taking a great toll on her body when alone. (She's also still learning).
Secret: Because of her powers, she gets teased and even though she seems unphased, she hides that hurt inside.
Bio: Tivona was born to a normal family, though she had a thing for nature more than most in her family. After begging her mother since she was eight, for her birthday, she now has three gardens (one for herbs and spices, one for flowers and another for fruits and vegetables.) She tends to them very well and can be called on when it comes to herbal healing. This gets her teased at school sometimes but if it hurts her, one couldn't tell.
Appearance:

Other: She doesn't sing in front of people because of her power and she is mostly seen as a quiet and shy nature girl. She is dependable, stalwart in mind and sometimes stubborn but she is honest and kind. Loyal to her to her friends, she is actually quite sensitive though she may seem cold. Understanding and a good listener, she will give advice and take advice once in a while. Though she may seem childlike and have her head in the clouds once in a while, she is quite grounded and focused when need-be. Naive in some ways and knowledgeable in others, it doesn't take much to pull her out of her shell if you're kind to her. She's also pretty tall for a girl of her age, standing at 5'6". The forest makes her curious but even she is afraid to go inside it.

Power: Rose has the power to control sound. She can copy sounds, thow sounds and her voice. By thowing she means she can make the sound come from another direction.To her every sound is part of the music of Life.

Name: Isao Naoki
Age: 15
Power: He can control anything metal, though it's a major strain if he uses it for an extended amount of time. The metal, when he makes to move, looks like liquid. He gets better with practice.
Secret: His powers.
Bio: His parents were from Japan, but he was born and raised in Blue Town. He's always been in the background, purposly hiding himself from everyone. The only exciting thing in his life other then his power is that his father was murdered when Isao was 12.
Appearance:

Other: Quiet. He won't talk unless he's spoken to, and sometimes not even then. He hasn't ever made a friend, so he has no idea how to act towards anyone. He also carries small squares of metal in his pocket to help him practice his power.

Willow walks into the room were her Frends group was to be held. Man, this was gonna suck... The room wasn't very large, with several seats arranged in a circle. An older blonde woman wearing a pink suit already sat in one chair, head bent over some notes or whatever... There was a table with fruit punch, cookies and paper plates. Leave it to the school to decide what was an appropriate snack for a bunch of teenagers. Shyly holding her camera close, she takes a seat, trying to avoid the councilors attention.

Amelia walked into the room shortly after her sister, headphones up over her ears. Her music was loud enough for someone sitting next to her could hear. She took a seat, sitting across from the woman in the awful pink suit. She wrinkled her nose upon seeing the lame snack table, and finding nothing else interesting to look at, she turned to stare out the window.

Danny entered the room, rolling his eyes in disgust. WTF was up with this school? Always coming up with a bullshit club here, and therapy group there... And then making it all mandatory to attend! It was all completely over rated. He slumped into his chair barely sparing a glance at the rooms three occupants before tilting his hat over his eyes. If the pink lady made him take it off, he was leaving.

Rain walked in wearing a long white dress, her hair peice, completely barefoot. She looked around the room with a pleasent smile. Everyone looked so bored and upset.... It wasnt that bad here. She sat in a random chair, hoping that her happiness will rub off on the others.

Hasting walked in, arms crossed, eyes icy. He looked grim as can be. He didnt like people.... At all. He prefered being by himself, with the little company a blackcat in his abondoned shed provided. He sat in a random seat, his stone eyes closed.

Aliya paused outside the door and lightly ran her hand through her hair. Satisfied that her ears were flat against her head and hidden under her hair and her tail hidden away, she entered the room. Glancing around, she spotted five other people, and a woman in a disgusting pink suit. She looked to the snack table and sighed when she saw what was on it. She felt her stomach grumble. Should have picked up breakfast. She sighed and grabbed a cookie, then sat down next to a girl without any shoes. She bit into her cookie and looked at her. "Heyo." She murmured.

She watched as six people entered the room, then glanced around. She didn't see anyone else coming, so she slowly padded into the room. Without really looking at anyone, she grabbed a cup of punch and sat down. She stared into her cup and sipped it. ... It's warm... She glanced around at the others, and seeing that none were looking in her direction, she dipped her finger into the cup and stirred it around, cooling and then freezing the drink. She smiled slightly and sipped it. Much better.

He walked into the room with his gaze lowered and sat as far as he could from everyone. He reached into his pocket and fingered one of the many small solid metal squares he carried, then slowly molded it into sphere. He meshed it into another and sighed inwardly.
