Try putting this into stanza format. I can't make out the flow you're trying to go for and as a result that makes it hard to interpret the poem.

to make understanding this poem easier its me talking to myself after giving up on myself and pretty much wishing I knew now what I did then but afraid its to late...
this poem is just a poem I'm not depressed in anyway and I have not givin up on myself at all

I didn't think you were depressed. I'm sorry if I came off that way. sad
