What do you want for Xmas? And what gifts are you giving?

I want a 3DS and an iPhone but I'm having to buy those myself XD

Gifts I got for people:

Mam: money, spa stuff
Dad: money, slippers
Sister: lots of make up
Brother: a shirt and toiletries
Niece: play doh icecream set, nurse kit and costume
Friends: vegan baking book, barbie socks, Jem t-shirt, books, cupcake jars, cute stationary

u_u I didn't get anyone a gift because I am in Australia and sending a 2lb package to Europe would cost be between 70 and 80$. That is so ridiculous that I'd rather save the money and get everyone a nicer gift next year instead of wasting it on the postage.

But I am also not getting any gifts except for some travelling money from my parents, so I guess it is fair.

There is also nothing I want for Christmas except to see my boyfriend. emo

I really want to buy people gifts but I only get $40 a fortnight, and i figured out if I only spent $20 each on the people I wanted to gift, plus two of them have birthdays near Christmas, I would be spending nearly $200 which is several months of work :/
So I only bought my little sister a gift and my mum thought of a gift to give to her boyfriend so me and my brother bought that.
I dislike Christmas, because aside from last year I have never really been able to buy gifts for people and it makes me feel so so guilty, especially if they also give me a gift.
I wish Christmas was more like Thanksgiving (which we obviously don't have in Australia). A time where you hang out with your family/friends/people you love and commercialism isn't a big problem, the point is just being together. I love Christmas because I get to spend time with my family, but I really hate the gift giving part.
I mean, I went clothes shopping with my aunt, and her and my grandma must have spent around $150 on clothes for me for my Christmas present. I did NOT go "I WANT THIS AND THIS AND THIS AND THIS". It was totally their choice and I feel guilty as all hell.

Anyway, I'm making cookies for everyone tomorrow. They all love my cookies so I will feel less guilty, which is ironically very selfish of me.

And my mum bought me an expensive CPU and a couple of comic books that are shipping all the way from the US (so expensive) and also tonight she bought me alcohol (the main reason for this long ramble). I'm 19 and I still get spoiled to hell. Ugh.
Now I will shut up.
Except, don't get me wrong, I am UBER GRATEFUL for anyone getting me anything, I just also get the guilt trip, which I'm sure no one actually hates me for not getting them gifts anyway.
Anyway, shutting up it is.

I got a mystery book for my mom, my dad doesn't want anything, and my sister is too picky to want anything. I got one of my friends a Gaia present tho and another an Aradia Shirt.

I got my mother some scrubs, my dad an Axe gift set since he loves that crap, my sister a shirt from Threadless and my little brother an Angry Birds shirt and a Beyblade he really wants.


There isn't anything I really want for Christmas this year. Last year, I asked my mom for a used Intuos2 tablet and she got me an Intuos4. So, out of the sake of not feeling horrible, I didn't ask for anything this year.
