Sadly, parents these days encourage their underage kids to wear thongs (and in this case, crotchless panties...), and boys wear their pants at their knees.
I wouldn't be surprised if people are telling their kids to have sex before they've even hit puberty. I know that prepubescent kids in my town are drinking and doing drugs (not just smoking pot) at ages younger than 13, and (apparently) most kids have already had sex by the time they are a freshman in highschool.
People will never stop having sex, but they need to be educated correctly, and they really need to stop having kids.

there are 3 pregnant 12 year olds in my town....and a s**t ton of highschoolers who are. it's getting sad. ironically enough, theres hardly any at the community college i go to.

My boyfriend's high school has like over 2k kids AND a nursery. xp We are a ridiculous race. But this is, by far, one of the most disturbing things I've known about..
