It's a Nick movie called Crybaby Lane that aired once in 2000, freaking once because it scared the pants off too many kids and offended parents.
And someone on reddit recorded it that night and posted a video of the intro for proof. I'm really stoked for the person to upload the full movie eventually. : D

Oh, God... Signed. And I got a few friends to sign it as well.
I remember being only six years old and so psyched to see it. (Then again, I also liked watching wrestling late night.)
Please. That thing wasn't all too scary compared to the movies of today, but I want to see it again! They should put it out to public release and not hide it.
