Powers/Abilities: Talking to the sea animals and being able to grow legs if she stays completely dry for one minute, but as soon as her legs touch water her tail comes back.
Bio: Nora was the last born among many sisters. One day when she was fourteen she had enough of them all and swam away from home, and her parents barely noticed she was gone. She set out on land as soon as she could and will probably never return to her family.
