Short Bio
Dai is very sweet and gentle. He loves other soq, creatures and even humans, so long as they are not vicious or cruel. He believes that every species, object and action is governed over by an immortal deity; so he is respectful to everything that he encounters. He even takes time to stop and honor the local deities. He also believes in reincarnation and that those who are wicked in this life will be punished in the next.
Very calm, Dai loves to take care of others, whether they want to be cared for or not. If another is injured, lost or just lonely, Dai will not hesitate to spend time with them to help them recover from whatever ails them. He also knows some rudimentary herb-lore in order to aid the injured.
Although Dai enjoys spending time with others, he can be considered asexual. He doesn't really understand the idea of love in terms of romanticism but only the familial form of love, although he only realizes this after attempting to "be romantic" with Adelia.

Esta was never the bravest Soquili around, and has occasionally felt as if she lets down her proud heritage in that way. But never did she feel so fearful as when she encountered the skinwalker Wyrsa. The skinwalker spared Esta's life solely for respect of her heritage, but made it clear that the white mare's life was forfeit the next time they met. Esta became depressed and contemplated taking her own life when she met Tregaran. He became her anchor, her sanity and her love, but she has yet to confess that the reason behind her melancholy is because she knows the Skinwalker will one day murder her.

Short Summary of their plotline:
Well, the two are being bred for a fling... The plotline in mind is a subplotline for another story that's much, much bigger (and stretches into various family lines, in fact.) In short, Eidan and Nirmala thought the other was sexy, had a night... and things... exploded. Although, I suppose it's that typical "wham, bam, thank you ma'am" kind of plotline. Eidan thought Nirmala was cute and decided to play with her to get some... and then he found his true love while he was messing around... and left Nirmala to fend for herself... and (possibly) their kids.
Also for Nirmala, she really wanted to be with a male flutter, to royally piss off and/or upset Redondo, a cat like soq who cares about her.

Mother: Does an obsession to destroy everything that isn't a flutter count as a profession?
Father: Actually, in a crossover plot, he's a soldier for purely ... well, ask his "family" members (Rahu family line)

Short Bio Tristian grew up with his parents and two brothers in relative peace but from early on shadows and night time always scared him. After being teased for by others for quite some time he quickly secluded himself and avoided most large gatherings. One lonely night while he was trying to escape the blackness of the woods he came upon someone that he thought would eat him and threatened to do so several times, but the mare somehow brought out something, a courage that he never knew was there.

Short Summary of their plotline: Shula, conflicted with her emotions. Unsure of if she is to be of kalona blood or of wind. Kalonas don't want her because she's not a pure kalona. Winds are scared of her because of her kalona features. So she has fun tormenting a cerynei stallion for fun. Just pretending to threaten to eat him and things like that. She eventually becomes his point of courage, helping him become stronger. Who wouldn't become more couragous when their lifemate is sometimes threatening to eat them?
Eventually they are to come across Shula's mother, the ever famous Neva[pre-cursed days]. Neva is disappointed in Shula and the weakness she has shown. Threatens to kill them both one day, where Tristian stands up to her with Shula at his side and tells her off. Of course, Neva will remember this and make sure they both are taken down, or finds a way to hurt them in the most painful way ever.

But they will visit with Shula's grandparents,Adelle and Shihab, who raised her. They will also visit with Tristian's parents from time to time.

Herd/Family culture: The moon on the father's side is important. The kids will probably learn the art of flying from Shula's grandparents should they have wings as the sky and freedom it gives is something that they enjoy.

Short Bio A loving and kind mare, Miriel has been around since the first flower bloomed. She takes care of the Flower Kingdom by speaking with the spirits. Short Bio He is a quiet man now and not very talkative to those who are not Miriel. When he was younger he was always outgoing but after his strike against the Kingdom he is very gruff. He is fierce and loyal to Miriel, always loving and kind to her no matter how gruff and frightening he is when protecting their home. Baltidos is wise but only when advice his really needed will he give it. He has a lot of baggage hanging over his shoulders after the incident and all of his hard work is viewed as his way of paying back for what he did. He wears a rose that Miriel gave him from ages ago. One day he hopes to be redeemed but until then he will do whatever it takes to keep Miriel, his children, and the Kingdom safe.

Short Summary of their plotline: Miriel and Baltidos met years ago when the stallion ventured through the tundra to find a magical land he had heard through rumors. The land was said to always be in a constant spring and where seeds were exchanged for wares. It took him several tries but he managed to find the cave that led into the beautiful landscape that was known as the Flower Kingdom.
Immediately he was guided to the head Courts and welcomed. It didn’t take till a month later that he came face-to-face with the angeni who was responsible for such a paradise. At first they were simply cordial with one another. Then the walks around the gardens started where they discussed the land and Baltidos told Miriel of what was going on outside her established home. Soon after that when Baltidos would go on journeys he would always return with a flower he thought you could never find in the Kingdom, only to be proven wrong by his newest lady friend when he got back.
One day when he was about to leave, Baltidos leaned in and gave Miriel a quick kiss on the nose and said, “Keep that safe for me until I return. Then I’ll need it back.”
Of course flustered, Miriel simply nodded and bid him goodbye. A few ladies of the courts and even some gentlemen helped her figure out what to do upon his return. After all, Miriel had never experienced love before…she was always the voice of the spirits. Her duty was to the flowers and her people, not this.
But even with this she eagerly awaited Baltidos’s return and although she told herself she would not return his kiss…she gave it back in an instant when they were reacquainted. Miriel swore she’d never forget the laugh Baltidos gave when she told him, “Keep that safe for me while you’re here. Before you go though, I’ll need it back.”
But then tragedy struck on one of Baltidos’s outing. He was severely injured by a skinwalker while on his way to meet up with a herd that thrived in the tundra. Miriel still feels guilty to this day that she was the one who sent him out to act as an ambassador of sorts but everything must happen for a reason, even this. Luckily Baltidos was saved by a tribe. Although to heal him they brought him out of the tundra and far from the kingdom. Before he could leave Baltidos felt he had to repay the group by acting as a guard and traveling with the Indians to a safe land for their tribe. It took over a year, close to two, for him to return to Miriel.
(Taken from their story) When the last flower died and the remaining spirit took to slumber Miriel fell into a coma, unable to be awakened by anyone. The valley she and the flower soquili had created was gone. The flowers had wilted and shriveled, their jobs no longer existed, food was hard to find, and the rivers had run dry. Without any spirits to take care of the land and Miriel’s powers the snowy tundra that could never get into paradise broke through. Eternal spring became eternal winter. Like a hungry child the storm swallowed the dying green land in white snow and icicles.
Upon his return the Kingdom was gone. The color was drained and the flowers had died. From those who remained Baltidos learned that Miriel had fallen into a coma of sorts, appearing close to death and unable to be awakened. Not even he could rouse her from her slumber. Heart-broken and extremely upset, Baltidos was driven into an unstoppable rage at the loss of his lover. The soquili left in the dead lands who were not trampled ran for their lives. Before long Baltidos was left alone, stalking outside Miriel’s cave, unable to control his emotions anymore.
The lovers weren’t reunited until Rosalia, the princess of the Rose Court, returned to her homeland. She somehow managed to win the battle against Baltidos and subdue him long enough to reach Miriel’s cave and awaken her. She was able to reawaken the angeni with the help of the eternal flower, her rose, that she wore. When the magic of the spirits came near Miriel she was awakened alongside a few of the spirits of the land.
(Taken from their Story again!) At the sight of his love, awakened and alive, all of his anger melted away. Baltidos was overcome with emotion. For the first night he didn’t leave Miriel’s side and they sat in silence. But in the morning Baltidos recalled everything he had done and resigned himself to the farthest corner of the Kingdom. He had to deal with what he had done by himself.
Miriel was shaken up by what had happened and was grateful for the silence. She went on a search with Rosie to awaken the rest of the spirits and think about what had happened. Love had caused this. Love had made her weak. But she couldn’t stop loving Baltidos.
Ever so slowly the two began to repair their relationship as the land repaired itself. Miriel began to visit Baltidos when she was not healing the Kingdom with Rosie and the spirits. Baltidos began to plant seeds around the borders to help Miriel and lighten the load of her work. Little things like that, similar to the kiss on the nose they would always share in the past, helped to rebuild their relationship as the kingdom grew back around them.

Mother: She is the head of the Flower Kingdom, guardian of the Flower Courts, and caretaker of that land.

What is their family dynamics? Miriel and Baltidos raise the children together. After Rosie brought peace back to the Flower Kingdom, during restoration period Miriel and Baltidos were still adjusting to the new life and being back together. Both parents were busy attempting to bring back the glory of their home but somehow they managed to raise children w
Traditions: Baltidos has begun a tradition with his children concerning the blue gem rock he was given by the two-leggers who had saved him and who he helped in return. When are born he chips a piece of his stone away and gives it to the child in order to protect them from harm. He believes it is precious and grants power to whoever possesses a form of it.
As a gift from the spirits, they construct crowns for the children when they are born that are a mixture of the ones their parents wear. The crowns are said to be the spirits way of showing they trust the children and welcome them to the world.
No matter which Court the child belongs to, when they are born their baskets are decorated with flowers and when the child awakens they are given an eternal flower. This is similar to what Rosie wears. It is the flower of their Court that has been blessed by the spirits and will never wilt or die.
Herd/Family culture: Each family within the court is given a flower that depicts their talent, family heritage, and past.
The children born of Miriel and Baltidos wear several flowers from each Court, which means that they represent the kingdom as a whole.
Religious Beliefs: They believe in the spirits that Miriel communicates with who live in the valley. Every few months they give thanks to these helpful souls with a ceremony and a festival in their honor.
From old tablets that have been translated over the years and believed to be a myth, it is said that the children of Miriel possess the souls of the first spirits who aided the angeni in spreading flowers and seeds across the land.

Mother & Father Owner: Me for both I guess!
If a Boy/Girl: Either way with genders the child will be more composed, and will be the one to aid Miriel in caring for the land. They will be kind, caring, and tend to be on the quiet side. Babes will bring them out into the world a few times but they will feel at most comfort and needed in their homeland, alongside their mother and father. Not a very good fighter but determined to create diplomatic relations with other herds and establish glory to their growing herd.

Rosalia | Godmother I She battled with Baltidos, was the key to awakening Miriel from her slumber, and aided the Flower Kingdom's rejuvenation. Her parents were the Lord and Lady of the Rose Court, the leader of the Flower Courts. She took the title of Lady Rose and helped Miriel in restoring the kingdom until she left to be with her childhood love, Esper.
To many she is a great hero and will be adored for years to come. Miriel and Baltidos always welcome her with open arms on her visits to her homeland. From her courageous actions, little Rosie has become someone for the youngsters to aspire to be.
Babette | Sister I A rowdy lass, Babette took after her father and has a brash personality. She much rather deal with problems physically than talk about it. At first Miriel was hoping her daughter would be able to follow in her footsteps but she is still very young and much rather live her life away from the Kingdom for the time being. Lately in order to help the Flower Kingdom grow Babes has become an ambassador of sorts and travels to other herds in hopes of building more bridges.
She would be the teasing older sister for any future children. Always a shoulder to lean on and full of ideas, she’ll set out to inspire the kids. Since Miriel and Baltidos rarely leave the lands, she’d be the one to take the children out and introduce them to the outside world.
Solstice I Brother I A good and quiet boy, Sol isn’t seen as much due to his constant traveling. He comes around at times and whenever he does there is always fun to be had. Along with his and Babes stories the kids will never have a dull moment for they will be imaging of far off places and adventure.

This CCing has been hell (As some staffers know due to my capslock flailing of on AIM) @_@ Having to pick possible offspring from a mix of Parents, Plot, Culture, and everything, left me constantly filling and emptying out my list. Eventually I got down to a single pairing that I kept coming back to cause I had ideas, but kept avoiding since I have the bad habit of picking this type (feather manes D8 <33)
USUALLY I JUST GO "ALL OF YOU GUYS ARE PRETTY, I PUT YOU ON A LIST AND ROLL!!!" THIS WAS HARD *whinewhinewhine*
