So I know that there's a couple different threads dealing with specific countries, but so many get left out that I started this for any foreign (e.g. non US/Canada/GB) bands....
Personaly I'd recomend
JAPAN: Rude Bones, Coquettish, Potshot, Kemuri, Snail Ramp, Scafull King, Shoulder Hopper, The Sideburns, Oi-Skall Mates, Fruity, Young Punch, Duck Missile, The Determinations, Coke Head Hipsters, Blue Beat Players, B.O.B Animals, Sprocket Wheel, Tokyo Ska Para
France: Skarface, Les Betteraves, Skaferlatine, Rude Boy System
Germany: beNUTS, Dr. Ring Ding & The Senior All Stars, Skafield, Skaliners, Bluekilla, Ngobo Ngobo
Italy: Persiana Jones, Shandon, Atarassia Grop, Moravagine, Enjoint, Meganoidi, Giorno Di Paga, Stiliti, Grido De Rua, Noi Nati Male, Matrioska, Chimney Sweepers
New Zeland: Skapa
Norway: Fence, Lame Ducks, Square, Rub-a-Dubs,
Switzerland: Skalladin, Nguru
Sweden: The Liptones
China: Brian Failure (mostly punk, but about a third of their us album is really ska influenced)

So yeah... there yah go know some one cool post 'em!

together with the speciemens from Australia...
other swedish ska bands are, Shanty Town, Eskalator, Stiff Breeze and some others I don't remember their names.
and from spain we always have, Ska-P.

oh, and Brain Failure...they're like a better version of Rancid or something!

and then, best country for Ska, isn't that Jamaica? xP

Best place for ska = Jamaica.

I listen to a lot of Spanish Ska as well; Mojiganga is Ska-Core (Colombia), Ska-P is Anarcho Third Wave Ska-Pop-Punk (Spain), and some others that i forgot the name of, ha.

Japanese ska bands are pretty sexy me thinks.

BUT Slovenia, of all places, has a pretty happening ska scene. Definitely check out 10balls, Caddies, and Elvis Jackson if you're interested.... Slovenia xd

Foreign music videos are fun to watch. I just watched like 5 Tokyo Ska Paradise Ochestra videos, but I think the Down Beat Stomp video was my favourite. lol It's hard to watch a music video though when it makes you want to get up and skank xd
