I guess my art teacher must've seen how obsessed I was with MCR, and how much they influence my art, because he asked to borrow Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge from me... I let him. And I think he already thinks I'm psychotic, or something. I'm not really sure this'll help... xp Dumb move?

So what..
He's an art teacher. He's supposed to grade you on your art and what you make, not the subject matter or what's driving your obsession..
Let him listen to it, maybe he'll understand where you're coming from, if not, too bad. He can go back to listening to whatever he was listening to before MCR graced his home stereo or PC.. xd

HAHAHA! He didn't have time to listen to it. cool Sweet, I'm safe, he says he'll have to borrow it again sometime, but uh... perhaps I just won't let him do that. I asked if he'd pretty please play it druring class, because they sometimes let us listen to music but...
Him: But it says explicit lyrics. *Points at album cover* Me: So? There's hardly any swearing, he says the eff word like once... it's just pretty violent
I don't think that went over to well. stare AND we didn't get to listen to it. scream Damn him, damn him to hell. stare

Atleast your art teacher is willing to learn of them.
I always do MCR in my projects, and my teacher started to make fun of me and said that I like bands like "Satan Worshipers Unite" the boy I like was like, "Whoa, what? Your calling her satanic?" and my teacher said "No, she just always does pictures of men in black!" xd
Then one boy went "My.Chemical.Romance" and my teacher went "My Chemical Romance? Thats a REAL band...?" I just sat there all "S.S"-ey and everyone was like, "Dude, Mr. LB, do you even PAY ATTENTION to her band shirts/hoodie/book-bag?!" xd

Probably not the smartest thing in the world. My parents think I have issues for liking MCR because of their image and in their opinion, the lack of musical talent. *deep sigh* Who knows, your art teacher might be understanding. wink

yeh that wasn't the best move but he may like it. U never knowAnd at least he considered listening to it. I went to a french catholic high school ( uniform and all) and we we'ren't even allowed to listen to the english stations on the radio...
I would love to see one of the nuns listen to MCR... to see the look on their faces!!!! biggrin

Haha, I'm gonna bring in Bullets on Monday and make my teacher play it. He can't object because it doesn't say "Explicit Lyrics" on it. twisted
And I'd love to see a nun listen to MCR too. rofl

My rents think I'm nuts.. o.O I would never let anyone but a close friend borrow my TC's CD because I'd be scared I'd never get it back or it would get scratched. Actually, I bought TC's for my friend for a birthday present today. She lost her burnt copy and I refused to burn her another.. So I bought it.
