I wouldn't say the guild is dying. I would agree that it hasn't moved forward since he left but it isn't dying. Its the same way that it was when Loke sold the guild. Things stopped for a few weeks so that the new administration could settle in and start doing things there way. I wouldn't worry about it yet.
