Whoa! They were fast! Those two little girls definitely had excellent teamwork. But, it was his job to steal from them, so Cain swooped in to do so. Maybe he would actually get it this time, seeing as he continued to fail in snatching the ball away from the two of them.

Yeah! He got it! The blue haired teen stopped dead in his tracks and swiveled around, heading for the opposite goals. He looked around, hoping Chloe and Ada would back him up. Those two little First Years were a force to be reckoned with, after all.

Jess mumbled a curse under her breath as she realized Terren had spotted the Snitch. She looked around for it, even half standing up on her broom to get a better view. She hovered in the air for a split second, before sitting back down and zooming away before some bludger took her head off. She needed to find the darn thing, before her opposition caught it.

Elsie caught the Quaffle and they were headed back down the field when Cain swooped in and plucked the ball up and reversed the play. Ally had seen him coming in but not in enough time to reposition herself to block his attempt. Still, she quickly wheeled her Cleansweep around with a grin. Cain was so sweet, like pretty much everyone else in the house, it was funny to see them all so competitive.

”Picking on us little girls again?” Ally teased as she dove in and made a grab for the Quaffle.

With a triumphant snatch, Ally had the Quaffle in her small hands again. She smiled broadly at Cain and shot off back down the field. Weaving in and out of other Chasers, she looked to the right and spotted Elsie. Liking the rhythm that they had going earlier. She circled round the outside of an errant Bludger and zoomed across in front of Elsie, throwing the Quaffle back at her and dropping beside her to flank her as they flew on towards the goal.

Elsie squeaked in surprise as an older boy swooped in and stole from her. She stared after him in shock for a moment, before gritting her teeth and feeling herself start to toughen up and get ready to compete. She'd never really been one for competition before... But now she wanted that quaffle back. She sped up and leaned in precariously towards him, but Ally dove in before she tried to steal, and Elsie slowed for a moment in time to see her fellow chaser grab the quaffle once more. She let out a victory whoop, and grinned at the first year. Then Ally threw the quaffle to her, and she caught it, and sped up, a look of determination on her face.

Wait, what? For a second, he had the Quaffle, but now it was gone. Cain looked at where it should have been, noting his empty arm. He turned his head. The First Year! She stole it and quickly passed it off to the Second Year. The teen grinned. This was getting interesting. "I'm not picking on you girls! I'm just giving you both a challenge! You have great teamwork!" He couldn't say a mean thing to those two. It was impossible. Though, he could easily steal from two little girls. Flying fast, coming up on the Second Year's side, he reached out to do just that.

Ha! He had it again! Cain tucked the Quaffle under his arm and nosedived, whipping around and heading off in the opposite direction. Where were Ada and Chloe when he needed them? "Keep up, girls!" he shouted at his opponents as he sped away.

Elsie tried to veer away as Cain came up on her side, but she was too late. He had stolen the quaffle again. She bit down on her lower lip in concentration, furrowing her brow, and got right on his tail, straining forward with grasping fingers. If she could just get the quaffle back, she felt like she could redeem herself for continuously losing it. Oh, she was keeping up alright.

Once again, Cain was diving in and snatched the Quaffle from Elsie. Ally giggled. Clearly Cain and Ada had lots of talent and experience. But she was still proud that beginners like she and Elsie were hanging in there. Plus it was fun to play the game. Cain was quipping back at them, keeping the friendly competition going. Ally flew up alongside him again.

”Oh, teamwork? How about ‘double team’? Think you are up for the challenge, old man?” she teased the upperclassman as she and Elsie both closed in on him again. Ally smirked over at Elsie and dove in to attempt to steal the Quaffle but Elsie already had it. Smiling at Cain as she flew by to flank Elsie, she called back, "Your turn to keep up with us!"
