Rosemarie blew her whistle. "Ok, Shina, good job, time for Ver to try. Can I have the bat please?" she called to the first year. She got Rufus good. she thought, seeing his bloody nose. "Rufus come here." she said pulling out a sweet. "This is part of a Skiving Snackbox, eat it, your nose should stop bleeding." she said handing him the sweet.

Verily flew over to Rosemarie and handed over the bat. "Here you go." She said. She was extra confident now that she had actually hit her target. She smiled at the team vice captain. "So I'm on snitch duty now." Ver said. She wasn't really asking a question more just stating the fact. With that she flew higher to stay out of the chasers ways and started searching the pitch for the little gold ball.

Verily circled around the pitch with utter concentration. Her eyes flicked over the game for a few seconds just so she knew what was going on before continuing her search for the snitch. The tiny winged golden ball couldn't allude her forever.

Verily hummed quietly to herself, still scanning everything for a flash of sun glinting off gold. It was a hard thing to spot when there was sun glinting off of the quidditch goals and the players goggles.

Ver thought she might have seen something but was suddenly distracted by bug flying into her face. She shook her head, shaking the bug away, and looked around again. Hoping to spot what she thought she had seen, and hoping what she had thought she had seen was the snitch.

Ver sighed quietly, still circling. She had spotted the snitch easily back home. But then again, at home their pitch was a lot smaller and therefore it was easier to spot. She nodded her head, confirming this. Of course this was going to be a bit harder, but nothing she couldn't handle.

Rufus hovered down to Rosemarie and took the sweet and popped it in his mouth and ate it. After a bit his nose started to get better "T-thanks..." He said a bit embarrassed its been such a long time since he had a bloody nose though considering he just had a ball hit him in the face it was understandable.

Handing the reigns of control over to Rosemarie, Cathryn hopped on her Firebolt and took to the skies, ready to defend the precious goals from the fearsome quaffle. Pretty soon, Rufus soared close, lobbing the large red ball towards the redhead. Just in time, too, as immediately after the ball left his hands, a bludger slammed into his face. However, that was all Cat could afford to watch as her time to act came, and she reached out for the quaffle...
